Anne was an excellent host, the b&b was spotless and extremely comfortable. Breakfast each morning was great and the perfect start to the day. Everything was thought of, and Anne couldn't have been more accommodating.

Great location to Port August. The breakfast was excellent. We had the first-floor room, and it was very nice and quiet. The hostess was very helpful on restaurants and things to do in the area. She explained the red squirrel signs!! Thanks for a great trip. We went to see the locks.

We enjoyed our stay. Anne is a great host and the home was warm, comfortable and well-furnished. We mostly enjoyed sharing a cup of coffee with Anne at breakfast and learning some about the Scottish highlands.

Great host, very friendly. Really nice breakfast, fruit salad and yogurt, eggs, croissants and a selection of meats and cheeses. It made a change from fried breakfasts.

This is a lovely property. The room is extremely comfortable with an incredible attention to detail. Anne is so hospitable. And Fort Augustus is a perfect location from which to explore Fort William, Loch Ness, Inverness, and the Isle of Skye.

We had a great time at Anne’s house in her beautifully decorated house in Fort Augustus. Her welcome was very pleasant with coffee and home made cakes. We especially appreciated all the delicate little attentions to detail left in the room. A special mention also for the exemplary cleanliness of the premises. Thanks again, Anne.

This B&B is located just off the A82 on the edge of Fort Agustus (two minute drive, and around a 15 minute walk from centre) so easily accessible Albeit is on the A82 it is set far enough back and has excellent double glazing so no noise pollution. The house is clean, modern and very welcoming. Anne is your host and welcomes you upon arrival and shows you your room and take orders for breakfast, she is also a fantastic resource for local knowledge. Our room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, tea/coffee tv and Sky fitted, en suite had a walk in shower that was modern and great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent and at no time did you feel pressured for anything. If in the area again, we will use Anne’s B&B Shame we could only give it 10/10 as worth more
