great location, private parking, all kitchen equipment were in place

spring was sticking out of the bed, bad sound isolation (guests wake up at 5:00 and were noisy until 7:30, it wasn’t possible to sleep), otherwise everything is ok.

The accommodation was good and excellent value for the money. Was okay to arrive late (but tot easy to find).

I got there late when it was dark and it was _really_ difficult to actually find the spot! I believe you can not get there off the street that is in the address, at least with a car.

For an ultra-budget place (I think that I paid 12 euros to stay for one night) it's pretty good here. It's close to the town centre, and the shared kitchen is well equipped considering the price. Rokiškis isn't exactly a busy place, but the location in a courtyard away from the main roads guarantees no traffic noise, just in case there is any,

Getting inside using the box that holds the keys is a bit confusing. I also thought that I had a private bathroom instead of the shared one that I used, The information that they provide online seems unclear to me, so do check if you're in doubt about anything.

It's a perfect place for a short stay and the location is very convenient

The worker let us into the room earlier. The kitchen staff was ready for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the map on the wall was very inspiring. The terrace was a great place for the breakfast. The garden with cherries gave a good feeling.

It was a feeling that somebody is watching you. A lot of cameras around. The sauna room was closed.

The desk to work. The light switchers were modern. The check-in process. Wifi and the shower. A prepared place to park a car. The price was normal. The city center was very close, a bit tricky how to arrive to the place. The owner was always reachable and reliable.

The room was too big and with a poor planning for a couple and the owner did not want to change it. The interior was outdated. TV looked old, the bed was very uncomfortable. If somebody was walking on the next floor, you can hear his every step, so it was a very noisy night without a party above. I could not sleep half the night. There was a spider with its net on the window inside.
