Everything was excellent! We booked Maggio and Natali apartments , very clean , spacious , equipped with all facilities you needed. Communication was great ! Taonasi apartments are very close to city centre but in quiet part of the city.View from the tearaces are simply amazing.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, very well equiped. Huge terrace with sunbeds. Great views to the neighboring mountains and sea. Private Parking ( very important in crowded Taormina ). Very well located 5 min. walk from the center, market, restaurants, etc. Host very kind and helpful.

We liked the view, the garden, the rooms, everything is just as in photos. In the kitchen we had coffee, tea, jam and toast, all for free. Riccardo , the host was very helpful, explained exactly how to check-in and park the car, even gave us some tips about where to eat and what to visit. Thank you!

We have enjoyed our stay at 100%. Definitely would visit this place again, super comfortable with breathtaking view. The host is very kind and helpful, so do not hesitate to book his property!

Walk into Taormina..parts very steep..

The apartment was lovely, met all our needs and was a pleasure to stay in for our holiday.

We didn``t have any complaints.

The view was incredible (we enjoyed having breakfast on the main terrace or having a glass of wine in the evening), large apartment even for 2 families with kids, very well equipped. The communication with the host was smooth and we had a great stay at Maggio apartment - we totally reccomend it!

The apartment is not very close to the city centre and going up and down the hills (especially with the kids) might be a bit challenging. The good part of this was that the apartment was located in a quiet part of Taormina, which is great for families with kids or for the ones who just want to get away from the crowds.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated with incredible views. And it has both a balcony and a roof terrace.

There was nothing to dislike.

The Taonasi Maggio apartment is very, very spacy with three terraces overlooking the sea. It also has everything you need for a week including parasols for the beach (we just discovered them too late). It's also on the ground floor which means that you don't have to waste energy carrying bags up and down. Riccardo was also supernice. He asked how our days were several days, and it felt really genuine.

Nothing was bad about the apartment itself. It's supernice in every way. But you have to beware of the location of Taormina. We did not check the location well enough before booking. Taormina's old town is really nice. But we have been travelling to (and staying in) small Italian villages for many years, and we felt that it's the trickiest and most "uncomfortable" of them all. It takes almost 30 minutes to reach the highway if you want to go somewhere else (although it's only at 200 m of altitude). Most ways are one way roads and it's understandable. There should not be any roads in this town at all. The roads from the main gate (last 500 m) are extremely narrow with people driving and walking like crazy. It's also extremely steep at some points. If you are not used to driving or parking cars under these conditions you should not go here. Or you may end up with a heart attack. The area is also very touristic. The beaches are completely packed during the holidays and weekends. If you want a good spot you have to be there 8 AM or earlier. A sund bed with parasol costs 20 euro. But the apartment has parasols that you can bring to your own spot. If you are going to the beach you can walk down the stairs (30 mins) or go to the cable car that takes you there for 3 euro (one way). So it's not a place where you can go "up and down to the beach" whenever you want to. You have to plan the whole day before leaving the old town. I would love to stay in the apartment again. But I am not missing Taormina. Italy has so many little towns that are just as nice or nicer, but without the tourists and the need to work so hard to go somewhere. So if you think you can handle Taormina's location this apartment is probably one of the best you can find there.

Super clean, nicely decorated, great view, comfy beds, and complete set of home appliances. Communication goes great. Riccardo responded quickly to any questions we had.

No negative point at all. Just a heads-up: If you are going by car, don't trust google map for the way out from Taormina, ask locals. Also note that the street next to the house is a bit steep so not ideal for parking. Ask Riccardo for the private flat parking space.

The hosts, the space, the facilities... pictures do not do this place justice. It is better in real life.

Just to note, this is a personal preference, not a reflection of this place, the beds were much firmer than I prefer

Although the apartment is a little out of the centre it was really nice and very comfortable.

Excellent view of sea and surrounding hills, in a quiet location. We truly felt at home; the apartment had all the necessary amenities. If you wanted to make a Sicilian cake, there were even cooking books and just the right utensils. This is an ideal place to spend with family and friends. Our perfect host, Riccardo, has been very kind and helpful at every turn. We spent an unforgettable week: picturesque calm seas, breathtaking sunrises, jasmine-fragranced air, tasty Sicilian specialties; can hardly wait to return.
