The location was amazing-we had a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower from our windows. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed.

It’s only a minor matter but we were all woken up really early on Monday morning with work being carried out on the apartments-it’s great that the apartments are maintained and refreshed but it seemed excessively early.

Hot water / heater disruption in one of the nights. Could have shown the small elevator in the preview so that we are prepared with sensible baggage size, but it still works. A survey was sent to us for questions beforehand but they were never answered before, during or after we checked out…lol.

Beautiful view. We were on level 7 with a view of the Eiffel tour. The apartment was huge and it made our stay in paris amazing

Amazing location just few steps away from Eiffel tower, great view, accessibility. Apartment was nicely prepared, fully equipped to travel with little kids. Staff was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful, responsive if anything needed before or during the stay!

The staff was very friendly. We got lucky and our room was ready early at 2pm. And we got upgraded to a superior room! The room, in general, was exactly what I was hoping for. As a family of 5, we had plenty of space. And with the kitchen and a real hair dryer, we felt like citizens of Paris. Being so close to the Eiffel Tower was amazing! We found it very easy to travel to other parts of the city, too.

To nit pick, the bed was too firm for me personally.

They are liars. we booked the property months in advance.Told them on time about the number of guests. when we reached the property we had a room on the 7th floor and guess what. the elevator was under ‘scheduled’ maintainance which they didn’t bother informing us. if they did we would have looked for another property. No apology from them at all.

so we were suppose to have the pent house suit and another room as our party was for 10 and we wanted the younger ones together and the other ones in a smaller room but when we arrived they had given the pent house to someone else. they tried to give us 3 rooms when we only needed 2 and they had quoted 200 euros cheaper for the 2 rooms originally but charged us for the pent house and the other room saying the extra room was making up the price but we didn’t need it. even on our receipt we got charged for the pent house. I will be making a complaint.

Staff were fabulous and were happy to store our luggage for more than a week before our trip - really helpful and much appreciated! The apartment was also in a great location for walking around the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro etc.

Our only disappointment was that we booked a classic three bed two bath apartment (two bedrooms of which had twin or bunk beds) for our family of six and the photos of which showed balconies in the combined dining/living room (we looked very carefully at the 18 photos and description of the apartment we had booked )We were very disappointed therefore on checking in to discover we’d been given a different classic apartment that was on the a ground floor apartment - no balcony and lacking privacy from the street level windows -and also missing the single beds advertised in the apartment we’d booked - only double beds . Unfortunately we were advised we could not swap to the other classic apartment we’d booked. I would still recommend the accommodation however would recommend to others that you engage in additional correspondence to ensure that you receive the specific accommodation that you have booked

Gorgeous building. Great apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Be sure to book an apartment with Eifel Tower views - it delivers the real 'wow' factor. Staff were helpful. Location made it a short walk to key tourist attractions including Eifel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Would highly recommend as a place to stay

A beautiful hotel just steps from the Eiffel Tower. Very well equipped for our family. The breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries was great to have too!
