the room service was weak .I choose this hotel because of view of balcony but The balcony was very small and the guard front of balcony was colorful and you couldn’t see the see clearly

Location and good view from balcony on 12 floor from seaside room. Restaurant on floor 20 is good. Took salmon was very good.

Staff not professional, looks like we were meet with trainee, but no any badge and nobody helped him from experiance staff, only after we start to ague, something start to be done. He didin.t know at all what is invoice for company and how to issue it. Think, having staff like this on front desk is lowering service level of the Hilton. Sweaming pool wasn.t working and no any anonce on website and in receiption. Very strange deposit system they have - they block certain amount from credit card and you can use only this amount of money not acceeding blocked amount... Minibar is empty and you have to ask to fill it in, but after paid deposit.. First time met this kind of rules. Breakfast acceptable but no big choice. In the room there is no any lamp on the table if you would like to work, very dark in the corner. WIFI very week and slow speed. Strange but in hotel as Hilton lobby bar closes at 22.00, in the bar always local beer was ending ordering more that 3 botles, after I learned that beer they have but barmen looks like was too busy to find time and go to the storage room and bring more beer. This happend 3 days in raw.... and no local draft beer at all! A collegue of mine asked to transfer luggage from one room to another (due to problem with shower he had to change the room), luggage they could find for a half day, after it was found and reality - luggage was openned and lock was broken. Some times card reader in the elevator dosn.t work properly had to go to receiption. Don.t book a taxi from receiption - normaly it is at least 3 times more expensive compare if you will use Bolt taxi app. Management of the Hilton has to pay more attention to teatch their staff how they have to work with customers. Do something with the bar and strange deposit system .. Don.t think we will ever come again to Hilton Batumi.

Location is good & the property is also nice. Breakfast was decent good variety. Honestly when I checked I was not happy there was no water the glass were not clean. We got really upset. But then came hotel manager TINA she was excellent she just made everything perfect for us. She is excellent. One more important I was really impressed as there some disabled staff giving there 100%in the job. So happy to see such initiatives taken.

Great location, nice sea panoramic view. We were really enjoying staying in Hilton Batumi.

The hotel should take more attention to own staff checks. New sneakers disappeared from the closed room on the last day of our staying and it's shame for Hilton. It would be nice to stay there again, but I can't imagine to keep all belongings including clothing and shoes inside a suitcase equipped a lock. I would expect more the hotel involvement in search.

1: the check in time is 4pm It is a problem for the passenger 2: the parking is not free and so expensive 3: all staff make noise in corridor in the morning 4: The staff do not know English also in reception 5: The way of dealing with and responding to customers is very bad ( bad customers service)

Room was perfect - freely upgraded for us by the hotel. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Bar on the top of the roof. Free parking outside (don't pay for 18$ per night at underground one!).

We had our cat with us. Paid +50$ for it (read conditions in advance :-) ).

room, design and location is really very good., but view partially; as the second building is very close to our balcony and even my bed in the room. So even number room is not very good. As my previous experience was in odd number room.And there's real difference in spite of the same category. I had feeling like I'm under observation and was difficult to relax fully.

So I think if I book the same hotel next time I'll ask for the room with odd number. When we arrived we learnt that the swimming pool was under renovation. So I had no chance to swim in the pool. I think the inside pool is more important in winter time when you're not able to swim in the sea.

It’s not a 100% pet friendly place. For example I can not take small handy dog in restaurant on 20 floor, can’t take it in executive lounge,can take it in breakfast area. So what I can? if I came with the dog I can be only in my room. It’s make me sad. Because I can’t leave my pet alone in the room. So I can not use all this important areas when I am with my pet. So it’s very very sad again

The Staff were excellent and most helpfull! The Room was excellent, well presented and very comfortable. The location is very good. The Hotel internal layout is very good, spacious, airy and comfortable to the visitor.

The approach and entrance - way for vehicles, is very restricted.......are there signs to direct Guests directly to underground Parking, how do you access it? I was not driving but I could see how quickly congested it can become. The breakfast meal was average, bacon was drastically over-cooked and handling, pots, lids, plates and self - serving utensils, all at the same time I could see was difficult for some people..........
