The hosts received us very well, gave us a map of Rome and showed us the main places and restaurants and gave us good information, were fun and had good communication. The apartment was very good, 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a bathroom inside and the third bathroom in the hallway, the sofa bed in the living room was comfortable. Good kitchen and great big balcony, Close to supermarket, metro and restaurants. We were 11 together, had a good time for 3 nights there. Recommend this and the hosts are great, Thank you for us.

Super accommodation! The location is super comfortable, beds are very comfortable, the terrace is a pluses and the house is very clean. The kitchen is also well equipped if you want to stay in. Cherry on top: the hosts! They were extremely friendly, adaptable and spent time introducing us to the area and giving us nice tips on where to go. Totally recommended (especially for a group considering the number of beds and toilets and the fact that there’s a lot of space)

The apartment is beautiful and really close to the metro station, pharmacy, pizza places, market. The host was very nice and helped us with advice regarding places to visit.

Blender did not work and the new one was too small to use for my family.

We had the most four comfortable nights, and perfect as well from many aspects. The appartment was huge enough for three presons. Since there is 2 Separated bedrooms with king beds. and one sofa bed which was so flexible to extend and fold! The appartment was provided with high-speed wi-fi which made us chilling with the Smart TV and Netflix 👌🏽 Moreover, the staff was so kind to us, they prepared everything since we arrived to Rome, also from the train satation to the appartment with private car! they are replying so fast to any inquiries! It’s highly recommend to every one who is planning to travel to Rome! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from the bottom line, it was exceptional experience!

The only thing I didn’t like is the location of the appartment. we had no idea that the owner has many appartment around Rome. So, if you plan to book this appartment, ask for the others appartments! but any how it wasn’t a big issue since the appartment is located infront of metro station.

We have spent three memorable days in Rome with our three children. We lived in apartment on Via Baldo degli Ubaldi. The flat is very nice, spacious, clean, with modern design. It is also nicely furnished and fully equipped according to good standards with all the necessities included (hairdryer, iron, stroller). Two bathrooms, very comfortable beds, towels, everything white and clean. And of course I can´t forget about cute romantic “italian” balcony. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the apartment. All the facilities were clean and sanitised, and it´s really important in the time of COVID. The apartment is situated right next to the Metro station. Tasty pizzeria, ice cream parlour, grocery store and pharmacy are located just near the apartment. Unlike terrible and expensive restaurants for tourists in the city center, you can find here a lot of excellent restaurants and pizzerias with delicious food for the ordinary people. Hosts are perfect. They were always in contact with us, asking if we felt comfortable, giving advises about metro, sights and restaurants. It’s obvious that for Debora and Andrea the satisfaction of their guests is really important. Thank you guys for everything!

We came to Rome with our 12 month baby girl to celebrate few milestones. My parents came with us. Altogether, there were 6 adults and a toddler. Andrea and Deborah arranged transportation from the airport to their property. It was just easier that way. They met us by the building and helped us with luggage. Deborah showed us on the map how to get to all the sites in city center. The Graziano apartment is located on the first floor; it is spacious, modern and has everything you need. The layout worked for everyone. Having 3 full bathrooms is a great feature. Graziano apartment is positioned next to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks and etc. Everything you need is within 2-3 minute walk. Restaurant Cacio E Pepe is on the corner of Ubaldi and Graziano, it is a must. For breakfast, paninis and coffee go across the street to Chiaroni Bistrot (Shack Bar Chiaroni). Best service ever. You can do Covid rapid test in pharmacy across the street and get the Green Pass. I went for a haircut downstair, cool place, $10. Baldo degli Ubaldi metro station (Line A) is about 5 minute walk, 3 stops from Vatican (Ottaviano) and few more from city center (Spagna or Barberini). Taxi stand is next to Shack Bar Chiaroni. $10 to Ponte Sant'Angelo, $30 to Ciampino airport. The Graziano House is a wonderful apartment that is run by people who care; we will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Nicely furnished apmt in convenient location. Very clean! Near grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacy. Easy to obtain any necessity during our stay. New appliances, great air conditioning, and washer/dryer. Very helpful hosts! We had a great stay with four adults and six kids!

This is an excellent apartment!! The only Challenges we had was connecting to the internet.

Internet was not working properly.

AMAZING! Really nice and clean apartment. A lot of restaurants nearby and the metro right below to go anywhere in Rome. Andrea and Deborah are great! They take the time to explain how the metro works, recommend places to see, and which restaurants to check out. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with friends or family.

The hosts were really helpful and kind. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. Also the bathrooms are in excellent condition. Location is nice, metro and train stations are close, and you can get to Vatican or riverside easily by walking. Some noise in the night time, but not too bad (it is Rome after all). Parking costs extra, but the service at the garage was excellent. Great apartment in overall, premium class!

Andrea and his family are the most amazing hosts. Serviceminded, welcoming and friendly. Although we were somewhat difficult customers :) They were solution-oriented and fair in relation to all challenges. We can therefore only give them our warmest recommendations and we will definitely return and recommend this place to all our friends.
