The villa was large and spacious. The maid was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was perfect on a hot day. The villa was nice and private, and the host was responsive to any questions we had. There was a range of shops and bars for snacks and drinks, a good spot to watch a sunset. It's good for a large group of friends who all wanted their own bathrooms. If you're a plane spotter, it's also great to see the planes landing. It was nice and close to the airport.

The place was a bit dated and needed a bit of an upgrade, the soundsystem wasn't working. The jacuzzi was also not working and when we complained to the host, they apologised and told us we had the villa at a discount and they had turned down another customer willing to pay 2x the price, to justify we shouldn't complain. Our booking was done through booking.com so this was beyond our control and I was taken back that the host had said this. I found the top floor a bit dark and creepy, the bed lacked a table side light. The location was good and close to the Big Buddha but if I were to return I'd probably pick accommodation at Fisherman's Village or Ban Tai.

Très grande villa ancienne, meubles style thailandais en bois, nombreuses chambres spacieuses avec sdb, grand salon et piscine très agréable. La maid vient 6 jours/7 pour le menage, très discrète et efficace. Bonne réactivité du gérant via whatsapp pour résoudre un petit désagrément en début de séjour.

Le canapé du salon est hors d'âge, il mériterait d'être changé pour correspondre au niveau de confort global de la villa. A noter que la majorité des robinetteries sont anciennes et sans mitigeur (à une ou 2 exceptions dans les sdb) ; cela va parfaitement avec le style de la villa, mais ce n'est pas pratique. Le plus gros point noir est les avions bien sûr !! Ils passent juste au dessus de la villa, le bruit assourdissant interrompt toute conversation pendant 1 à 2 minutes. On s'y habitue mais c'est bien de le savoir avant, et le trafic est assez intense, en tout cas c'était le cas en Juillet.

The area is awful. The property is located on the central road and very closed to airport , thus it is very noisy all day long. Additionally the beach is not suitable for swimming. Finally, the region were the Villa is located probably is one of the most dirty and noisy laces of the island. You can meet garbage just outside the house on the road

Great hospitality!!

The rooms were huge and very well maintained and equipped. The villa has anything needed, from the beautiful clean swimming pool to the 2 Jacuzzis on the second and third floor (no hot water). There's a nice TV, loud speakers surround and furnitures,tables, sofas and chairs all are comfortable. There's a woman house keeper cleaning and washing and doing laundry (extra charge).

The only negative issue was the owner demand in case breaking cups or wine glasses for a an reasonable price of 400bht! Instead of some dozens of bht in every home accessory store. It was only shown by him once we arrived so we couldn't have done anything about it. We had an argument about 1 broken glass after we paid some $1500 for the staying, not appropriate.

Absolutely everything. Commutation with Tawan was, amazing. Also had a cleaner that stayed and was in everyday if you wanted. Perfect location. Loved everything.
