We arrived a little early and had lunch in town then went on to the house. Easy to find and roads were good. Instructions to home were easy. We arrived to a beautiful home. Spacious and all the views were amazing. The beach was a quick walk away with easy access. Maria and Enrique were amazing. We called them twice and the arrived promptly and were very gracious. Maria's personality was so fun and friendly. My family and I just adore her. We will surely be back. Thank you.

We had an amazing time. The house was so nice and well stocked. We had an issue with the hot water the first night. I emailed the owner and within a very short time everything was solved. They were very attentive and helpful. I would strongly recommend staying here.

The place is older and feels old. DONT stay here if you're ALLERGIC TO DOGS. Stay could have been much better with better communication. My husband and I are good with directions, been to Mexico lots, and could not find it in the dark with his instructions. Luckily friends had stayed there earlier and they helped us The directions are NOT good enough, beware. The owner should give turn-by-turn directions with pictures or a video. Also, there should be notes around the place explaining things. We had to light the stove with matches but there was nothing explaining this or where the matches were. A simple note taped to the cupboard would have saved stress. Asked the owner, didn't get a response in time, had to drive into town to find matches. Later found them in a cupboard. Frustrating. The water in the drinking cooler was warm. After a day or so we found the switch to turn on the cooler on the back. A simple note would have told us that. The walk to the beach is short and no problem. But, the beach closest to the house is ROCKY. You must take water shoes. Our group had bloody feet and legs from the rocks. There are rocks if there is high tide or low tide. This is a big disadvantage. When you get there map out where there aren't rocks and try to avoid them. There was no table for us to eat at. We set up a folding table and camp chairs in the house but it was not comfortable. A couple of us have asthma. The second I walked in my throat tightened up. I used my rescue inhaler every 4 hours all stay. This place allows dogs. There were little hairs that stuck to me when I sat on the couch (overall the place felt clean but old). There are rugs all around that I am sure have dog allergens on them. This place is not for people ALLERGIC TO DOGS. It is a decent price and a decent walk to the beach. I wanted to leave a review so that with some preparations you can have a good stay.

It's a good place and your typical Los Conchas 30+ year old house. The house was fine, but needs some minor cosmetic repairs. We didn't notice in the listing or comments, but the 3rd bedroom suite is in the basement, off the garage. Lots of beach toys and bicycles in the garage and pleaunty of parking. We would stay here again.

This home was perfect for our getaway. Important notes, it was a bit difficult to find due to the road layouts in Rocky Point. Turn right at the sign that says Section 12/13. The area security person was amazing in providing us contact to a taxi guy that not only did some shopping for us but also drove us to all events for the weekend, a true blessing. Walking distance to the beach, bring the wagon for sure. (in the garage) the third bedroom with two beds is down in the garage. The tempature is fine but you may not want your smaller children staying down there. Overall VERY pleased with the experience of this home and very much enjoyed the Balcony.

My family and I went over the Fourth of July weekend. Right when I walked in, it smelled amazing! It was so clean and enough space to fit my family of 10! Would highly recommend! The host Jeff made it so welcoming! Will be going back!

We had a great week, short walk to the beach and nice to have the toys and lawn chairs and such available for our use. It would be nice if they put in brighter bulbs and/or changed the light covers to clear glass. It's super dark in the family room if you're trying to play games in the evenings, it was hard to see which colors cards were. The wi-fi was great, but DVD player was broken, so it'd also be nice if they plugged a ROKU into the TV, or you might want to bring your own for the times that you're not on the beach.

We enjoyed staying at this house! It is about a 2 minute walk to the beach, they have everything you need to spend some time at the beach such as umbrellas, wagons and chairs+ kayaks. The rooms were very comfortable and the upstairs rooms had very nice views to the sea. It is also awesome that you can take your furry babies with you for a small fee. It has a gated fence and safe to park your vehicle. Our family and friends loved the feel of the house, rooms were comfortable and two have their own bathrooms, the third didn’t but it is right next to it- very convenient. The only thing that needs to be upgraded is TV and cable, as well as pots and pans for the kitchen, however they have a large selection of DVD movies. Overall we give it a very good rating- it was perfect for our needs. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and she loved the house! This is the longest reviewed I’ve written but i think it’s important to inform travelers before they make the decision to rent- I know I like reading good reviews before I decide to book a property. Thanks to Jeff- the property manager- for his prompt responses as well.

Great location, great house!!! We spent a very very good time in this house! Please don't pay attention to the bad reviews in VRBO page. Everything was perfect!!!!

Lights in the master bedroom never worked. We had to use the bathroom lights at night. Steps away from beach is not accurate. My special needs sister uses a cane or walker was very excited to think she could join us on the beach each day, sadly she gave up going down the last 2 days. The picture with the handrail is deceiving and no where near or on the property. The house is not on the oceanfront, it is two rows back. We had to drive to the nearest beach entrance with my 90 yr old mother and disabled sister. All that said, if you are healthy and active, the beautiful house is great. We just feel that we were deceived and would not have rented it knowing it’s not beachfront. The house could use a more thorough cleaning. Pots and pans and silverware needed to be washed because old food was left behind. Not a single bottle opener in the entire house. We had to make a trip to go buy one. The wheels on the wagons are broken so using them through the sand was difficult. The lock getting inside to the front entrance was difficult to line up so we just used a rock rather than fight with it each day. Oh and we ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy some. Not enough for a family if 6 was available. Could never get the TV to connect to WiFi to be able to connect to our streaming services to watch the daily news (but as the notes throughout the house reminds you, you’re at the beach you shouldn’t be watching TV) but tell that to a family that watches the nightly news. I know I sound like I’m nit picky. Sorry! We absolutely loved the house once our groove was in place. We moved the table out front to the balcony and were able to eat daily outside. The security guards were great and felt very secured. Just a few items that need attention and description tweaked for a more accurate listing. Thank you!
