Location was good. Tanoa Apartment is located on a hill. Our apartment, when looking out the windows, we could see the sun rising early in the morning in between the mountains in the background it was beautiful. There's a free airport shuttle which is very convenient. The restaurant for Tanoa Apartments is a short drive and located at Tanoa International Hotel which was nice to try out. Loved how clean the restaurant at Tanoa International Hotel was. Food was a little pricey at the restaurant but the customer service provided by the workers especially a gentlemen named Filipo (i think that was his name) was excellent and made us feel like we were right at home. We arrived at the restaurant when it was not busy so was good to listen to the men playing musical instruments in the background near the pool it reminded us of how my culture.

Would have been good to have free Wifi in the apartment like most accomodations. The only place there was Wifi was in the reception area downstairs so my 2 boys spent all night in the reception area just to use their Wifi.

The room I stayed in had a lovely view. Property is old but very comfortable in an ideal position close to airport. Food shops and supermarket in easy walking distance. Friendly helpful staff. I would happily stay at Tanoa Apartments again.

Absolutely shocked by how things have turned really really bad. No one should be subjected to false advertising by Tanoa group. Penthouse????? - - - +++

The apartment are run down. Kitchen utensils are missing, cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen, need complete renovation and setup of full cutlery, plates and pots. The apartment is located in a beautiful area but it is rundown and the price you are charging is very high - The staff is very good and accommodating. Towels quality is very poor and need to be replaced

No towels and upstairs air conditioning had mold growing in the unit - please clean

Location

It took a while to get the keys to the apartment and we waited 2 hours for towels. The apartment is ages but it generally clean. One bed had bed bugs so that was very unpleasant.
