Lo mejor es el desayuno. De primera, super completo, con opciones par todos los gustos. El mejor de Rio de Janeiro, sin duda.
Hace tiempo que elijo hospedarme aquí cuando viajo a Rio. No hay algo que no me guste.

Localização. Atendimento dos funcionários do hotel.
Da dificuldade pra abrir a porta do prédio, que dava acesso ao apartamento.

Sim.. muito boa.. funcionários super receptivos, café da manhã maravilhoso.. área de lazer linda.
Só não gostei de ter que ir de um prédio p outro. Na próxima vou preferir uma hospedagem no hotel msm.

the rooms are very different . I stayed in one room where there’s no view at all , everything is old , shower you can count the water drops , lots of Maintence issue , beds are so uncomfortable that you can’t sleep properly . only good thing is the aircom .

good location, comfortable bed (once we moved to a new room after we complained about the first room they put us in with no windows)
Breakfast was plentiful but very low quality, hotel was packed with people and it was stressful trying to get near the food, some people had to queue up for breakfast in the foyer, the rooftop pool could have been nice but pool tiles looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and every table was littered with good scraps and rubbish that other guests had left behind. We thought this place was very expensive, considering how tired and dirty the place was.

Breakfast was very good and amazing how the staff managed to refill the buffet. The hotel was full due to carmeval and thanks to their great work everything was available always. Very good.
All in all good hotel. I would book again.
As everywhere in brazil maintenance is not high on the agenda. We had two rooms all with broken safe and half working air conditions. The gym had also 2 machines not working.

nothing I will never stay here again I got a room with mould on it yet I paid over £600. This year I’ve taken time off to travel and I was dreading it and it most definitely it meet my expectations the picture are deceptive and thank god I didn’t stay here for the whole time of my stay in Brazil. I wouldn’t let my dead dog stay in this place. As my holiday fell on Independence Day it was impossible to book somewhere else also during this time hotels that cost £25 a night will cost you £350-400 a night.

Location was great
No view at all from the room windows (glass was tainted)
Staff from the Royal Palace (where you do check-in) was very unfriendly and unhelpful

totally need to renovate this hotel ASAP!
receptionist charged twice 450$ USD saying no problem) I trying 3-4 times to talk with manager and figure out situation, finally they refund money after long conversations on second day. afterwards manager say: SORRY! that’s all. no service at all, breakfast for pigs ( in buffet plate i saw a sausage with bytes of mouse)

It was clean, comfy, and affordable. The breakfast and the amenities in the hotel were great. I really liked the rooftop pool.
No English channels on the TV. The room was very small, but I was alone so it was fine. It would be very cramped with 2 people.
