What i liked the most was the customer service from front desk who were helpful when we needed to register our health code and when providing directions to Changzhou park. In addition, the rooms, the fitness room, the sauna and the swimming pool were impressive.

The bar is in my opinion the place that needs improvement..When my wife asked for three different drinks the waitress just said "meiyou" (we dont have them) which it was quite annoying for us.. Even though it was saturday night, the place did not have a music band which its common in hotel bars. I got an uncomfortable situation during breakfast time because i was eating a delicious noodle soup but it was taken by one of the staff of the restaurant while i went to get something for my wife. When i asked her in English why she took ny bowl of soup she did not said anything so i asked in chinese and she just said sorry which is not an enough argument. I am aware that we live in China but hotels such a hilton require the whole staff to have command of english to face situations like this one taking into account in a favorite place for foreigners.
