I am writing this feedback to express my appreciation for the amazing experience that I had during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived to the time of my departure, everything was just perfect. To start with, the sea view rooms offered by your hotel are simply breathtaking. The room was spacious, well-designed, and provided an astonishing view of the sea that made my stay all the more memorable. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. Throughout my stay, I was impressed with the helpfulness and politeness of the staff. Receptionist Steven’s hospitality service was top-notch, making my late-night arrival much more comfortable. The sandwich he arranged for me was thoughtful and a welcoming touch. I also appreciated the extra effort made by the waiters at the breakfast buffet, especially Raj, who always made sure that I had everything I needed. Moreover, I must say a special thanks to the bell-mans, security officer, and both the day shift receptionists. They were all very friendly and catered to all my needs. Lastly, I must commend your hotel's location, which is near the city center and to all the tourists attractions around Colombo. Transportation services arranged by the reception or bell desk saved me the trouble of arranging them, making my travel experience smooth and effortless. Overall, my stay at your hotel was an unforgettable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Colombo. Thank you for your hospitality. Wifi was not stable enough to work online. But a gentleman from Engineering tried helping, The problem is more likely from the network provider, cannot complain to tue hotel

Comfy bed and late check out

I message the hotel before to let them know I would arrive late in the night. But when I arrived they said I would have to pay €30 extra for checking in late. I was so infuriated and the staff were not kind of helpful in anyway! They also add an extra €15 tax on top of the room. The pictures are deciding, you can’t go on the beach and it’s set on a busy street not directly on the beach

Nice atmosphere in the hotel, the staff is friendly and always available for you. But Top 1 is that you get that amazing view, unbelievable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the food is delicious. We had a good time during our stay. I should mention for those who love to enjoy the sunset of sea view, I'd recommend this hotel. Bcoz the sea view of my room is the best I really enjoyed 👌😍

My drinks were stolen by staff. We arrive at the hotel on 10 January 2023 and leave the hotel on 12 January. We had our drinks (a Chivas 1 L), a wine box (3 L) and a single wine bottle (70 cl). We let te drinks items in the cupboard. When we were leaving the room, we checked up to see if we had missed anything in the room. We didn't find anything. We thought that we had taken all the drinksitems in the suitcase. When we arrived at our destination, we opened the suitcase where the drinksitems were missing. We called the hotel back and asked wether we had forgot our drinksitems. Then they replied that room service found the drinksitems and threw the Chivas and wine box in the dustbin and they only had a bottle of wine. Our question is when we as guests forgot or missed our things, they should have called us first before doing anything with those items. How coulde they say that just one bottle was left? why hadn't they thrown it into the dustbin as like with other drinks. This shows that they stole our drinks. I do not recomend any tourist to choose this hotel to stay.
