Es war alles sehr gut. Zimmer wie Frühstück zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Im Bad hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Als Nichtraucher war das unangenehm.

Hotel dobrze położony, blisko metra a zarazem nie trzeba jechać do centrum samochodem. Obok stacja benzynowa. Trochę zielonych terenów dla psa. Śniadanie standardowe dla BB. Parking wystarczający dla aut plus całkiem spora baza do ładowania elektryków.

6 Pięter dwie windy ale jedna nie działa. Wymeldowanie się w niedziele i zjechanie na dół graniczyło z cudem. Dużo śmieci na parkingu, które nie są na bieżąco sprzątane. Pokój sprawiał wrażenie ciasnego.

The hotel is surrounded by a natural fence that leaves a nice impression and reduces the noise from the busy road on which it is located. Right at the entrance to the hotel, there is parking, and behind the hotel is a large football field, which also looks nice and well-maintained. We would especially highlight that Uban is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which is a great advantage in a city like Hamburg, and approximately half an hour's walk away is the city park, which is large and beautiful. Breakfast was available for 13 EUR, the rooms were clean, and the staff was unobtrusive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

We rented a family room, which was the most expensive and had the highest number of beds - 4. Initially, Booking.com didn't allow us to reserve all 4 beds because the maximum for reservation has been set at 3, but through direct communication with the hotel, we clarified that two adults and two children were coming, as stated in the room description. The room was very small, literally impossible to put suitcases on the floor; they had to be pushed under the beds, and two people couldn't pass each other when walking past the beds. The closets didn't have enough capacity to store our belongings, so we kept our things in suitcases throughout the entire multi-day stay.

Rooms fairly small. Pricey for what it was.

Check in was very smooth. The room was clean and cosy. Everything was good. Break fast was also good with good variety.

Kids enjoy the bed. It was a very good value for money. Staff was very helpful. Big star for them ✨️
