Very nice clean old style farm house so called a ranch. We really enjoyed the house and its outdoor space that comes with it. There were several games and activities we could use, like badminton, darts, a hammock, a swing etc.. all nice in the middle of nowhere. House has all facilities and it was clean and comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities as well. There were ac's. Outdoor dining too. Parking with the house too. I recommend this property if you like.ols style house stay with modern facilities. Good WIFI as well. Lakes couple of KM away. 10 minutes... we stayed in property 123. :)

The owners are so friendly and flexible despite us arriving very very late. They message is with the instructions also sending warm welcoming messages. It is a shame that we didn't spend much time there because we were rushing. The place has everything you need, it's a great location to get to the national park. It has a lot of shops and restaurants around. The house is very clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean, the water pressure is amazing..I can go on and on about the positive things. And the very very reasonable price! So honestly there is nothing to complain about!.

The property is lovely and is very close to the Plitvice National Park. We arrived late to find that our hosts had started the log burner and had left us complementary Rakia. We had a great night’s stay and would happily stay again.

The wifi could have been better but definitely not a deal breaker.

Nice place and surroundings

In our 15 day trip, this was the best accomodation we had. It's quiet, remote, cozy, awesome for dogs. The outdoor areaa for BBQ, playing and chilling are amazing. The whole place is really something special! We had booked a different place (this one was occupied). However, the host would not check us in because we had a dog with us. Luckily the host "ranch farm stay" saved us and - even though we booked at 10PM the day of arrival - the host came to pick us up and let us in. The house is exceptional: clean, roomy, cozy. Perfect for groups of families with pets looking for a chill place to stay.

We booked an hour before arrival and it was great! It is old farm and holiday cottage with lot's of open space. Outside BBQ area with rustic feel. Awsome experience! Worth of staying for few days and to cycle around

Great location, nice veranda.

We were accommodated in the small building with 1 bedroom. The rooms we smelly, the bathroom light was not working properly, the window in the bedroom was not closing properly. It was ok for a couple night stay and a great location if travelin with dogs but over all bad experience. I've seen the bigger apartment and it looked a little better.

The host is just amazing! He helped us to solve all our questions! Really appreciate for that.

Pristine nature, close to the National Park

The location is very quiet. We drove from Zadar to Zagreb and stopped here after an excursion to the Plitvice Lakes. There is a grill area, so we bought meat from the local market, fried it and had a great evening. Thanks!
