The apartment is very comfortable, and the location is near the lake a small towns you can visit. The swimming pool is also very nice.

The only small detail is that out of the 3 bedrooms, only one has a double bed. The other two have bunk beds, and we were 4 adults and 2 kids.

Very stylish apartment, everything you need for life is here. Amazing view, own parking, good location. A lot of place for big family.

In the next apartment was repairment. It was very noisy from the very morning (7 a.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday). Not very clean.

The view was lovely . The owner Francesco was helpful when we contacted him.

The apartment building was very isolated on the side of the mountain totally unsuitable unless you have a car. The building smells very stale and musty inside. We went as two couples the second double bed on offer was a very old sofa bed with lumpy cushions and timber sticking into your back uncomfortable to sit on never mind sleep on . The day we arrived the bar was open never again after that and there are no staff around to help it seemed to be a residential building but we saw very few residents. The pool was open but absolutely freezing our friend swims every day but had to give up it was too cold. Getting a taxi is really expensive if you are going to stay there you must have a car .

Amazing apartment and location with great views. It has everything you need and a lot more. Host was very helpful and made our stay memorable. Apartment was very spacious and organised. Very nice interiors and creative art work.

Amazing location and view, spacious and very well equipped apartment. The pool is huge and at the end of August was not very busy. You need to have a bathing cap (or buy one from the lifeguard). Parking was not an issue at that time either. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight and the caretaker was still up to welcome us and hand over the keys, which we hugely appreciated. Francesco was a very responsive host, even though he was on another continent at the time. The flat on the whole is very comfortable, with natural air - even on days over 30 degrees we didn't have to use the air conditioning. The beach in Onno 5 minutes drive away was lovely, although parking was an issue - as with everywhere in Lake Como at that time of year. Great access to Bellagio (20 minutes drive).

The only two things we thing could be improved are the mattresses and pillows (pretty hard) and a few more/larger chopping boards.

Apartment is very big and very comfortable, there is everything one might need. The view is fantastic and swimming pool is just heavenly. We will definitely return next year!

Great place with THE view. Swimming pool open from July, in May not available. Some of utility units could be changed or fixed etc.
