The place was perfect and well kept. Gloria, the manager was extremely good, doing everything possible to make our stay comfortable. She is probably the best property manager we have known.

Gloria was amazing, her service was impeccable and so incredibly helpful to follow us to the nearby police station to report a pick-pocketing that happened to us separately. She was really responsive and friendly. The views are incredible and activities you can sign up for, in particular the boat trip with Onnolulu was magical, being able to captain your own boat through the waters of Como. Location is a bit further away from the touristy areas which was lovely as the surrounding restaurants and crowd was more local, but still only 20 minutes away from Bellagio. One thing to note is that you would need to take the ferry to reach other parts of the Como (Varrena etc).

This was an emergency stay (after a fake property found through HomeAway/VRBO which is a platform I will never use again) and exceeded expectations - it is pricey but for a larger party of people the costs would have be more easily and comfortably shared. The villa was beautiful, had everything we needed. lots of space and rooms, airconditioning in every room, access to the private villa garden from all the rooms too...The view was stunning (from the outside comfy egg chair especially) and the hot tub was a hit once the sun set behind the property. It was great to have a separate area for the private villa, next to the pool. The absolute bonus was the beach bar across the street with super friendly service and perfect morning cappuccino by the glass still lake. Excellent restaurant with pool nearby. Remember to pick up grocery supplies (drinks, wine, beer, milk etc) before you arrive as there are not many options close by. The place was awesome, Gloria was amazing and friendly when we checked in stressed and tired. This was a beautiful oasis and I would definitely stay here again!

If I am forced to be picky - the pool is not awesome for kids - our 10year olds wanted to jump and dive but the pool isn't quite deep enough to feel safe with this. Smaller kids might be ok and older who just want to chill and relax...They still had a great time, just not as free in the pool - so we crossed the street to the lake and everything was fine :-)

It is new, airconditioned, sound proofed, very nice view, good swimming pool may be small for all the people
