The place is situated right in the heart of the city. Also, some of the staff was extremely helpful like the Asst Manager - Mr Saurabh Gupta and the electrician who came multiple times to figure out the wiring issues.
Overall for the price I paid, I did not get best of the services that Hyatt brand is known for. Firstly, I had asked for a triple sharing room with balcony which wasn't provided. Secondly, the second room I was provided had multiple electrical issues causing me and my family to lose the night sleep and change room the third time.
Only silver lining was that the Manager - Mr Gupta, saw our plight and compensated us with a city concierge driver.
But I would need to think twice before I book this hotel brand again.

They had private party at the property and the music reached 4th floor till 11 pm, called the customer service , he said sorry we have function , I will inform security.

The Location of the hotel is at the heart of the city and near Mall so you can enjoy shopping and dinner until late night. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. They can recommend the interested place to visit and inform us about the information. There are many kinds of food and international menu with varies of deserts. Last day stay, they serve us with awesome cake.
The traffic around the hotel is so busy especially after working hour. We spent 30 minutes for only 1 km to hotel.

Food ordered at the Restaurant was terrific and the Service too. Hotel, room, facilities, location all were terrific too :).
Breakfast buffet was quite tasteless and even after specific instructions, was just about ok.

In spite of 4 call, no body came to clear the room after dinner. I had to keep all the utensils myself our side the room. That might have created inconvenience to other gusts also.
The main door was not closing properly and lock was not working. The bathroom sore was jammed, so O had to call house keeping and then it was repaired.

Everything, I requested for a room decoration which was not done the food was not up to the standards. I won’t mention the person’s name but she confirmed everything before the arrival.

Location is good. Cleanliness is fine. Reception staff is good. The lobby is impressive. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast was good but it was somehow not included in the hotel reservation despite paying a good price. we paid 1100 per person extra for breakfast. Very bad room services, very slow services. We used to call and help used to come in not less than 30 minutes. Worst part was the lukewarm water, the water was not even moderately warm in the washroom.
As such no major complains but it was okay.
