Just the location and the view
The furniture is old and falling off. The switches were broken. The fridge didn't work. The wash basin was cracked. There was no hot water. The beds were lumpy. The washroom was smelly. And the breakfast buffet was, by far, the worst I have ever had at any hotel.

Location is good. Size of rooms is big plus.
Staff behaviour. They are very much non courteous, they are unaware of the guest meal plan. Everytime during Breakfast they'll say your breakfast is not included in the package. This is very disgusting.

Rooms especially the bad smells in the room. A few rooms on the top Floor are quite clean apart from that every room has a bad smell.

Helpful staff, easy check in process. Food was good.
Not clean, smelling mattress & blanket. Washroom was not clean and smelled bad.
The mattress was torn from a couple spots. Bedsheet was not clean, looked like was not changed.

don’t take the property floor, on ground and 1st floor. it’s a total waste if the hotel staff try to allot the floor in ground and 1st floor.

It was an amazing location. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The food was also great. They have ice cream available at reception at all times.
The floor of our bedroom was a little sticky due to the detergent they used. The staff needs to focus on room cleaning everyday not only when asked.

If you want to stay between mussoorie and dehradun and avoid the hassle and congestion of the cities, this is the best place for you. Great view, amazing services and super friendly staff.

The property is at an amazing location and offer some picturesque scenery all around. Rooms are nice, comfy and spacious. The food is delicious, specially the fish.
The front staff manager Mr. Rakesh was a wonderful host. My room was upgraded to a balcony room just on small request.
Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was really great. The staff was very professional & attentive. The size and the lighting of the room was really good.
The washroom smelled like cigarettes and the exhaust system needs an upgrade as it is very underperforming.

Breakfast was alright. Location and view is good.
The maintenance work was going on and there was a strong smell of paint remover in the room and corridors.

Pathetic facilities. Congested common spaces. Staff not in any uniform, so don't come to know who is staff and who is not. Bed and linen dirty and smelly. No cleanliness. Remotes don't work. TV doesn't work.

The room were clean.very comfortable and the staff was amazing.they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommended this hotel for anyone.

I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant.the atmosphere was awesome and I definately like that you have a very modern style.most importantly every food and drink on your menu tasted great.
