What we liked the most was the attitude of Lia the host, the way she really cared about us. The house also has a special creative atmosphere which felt so good. We enjoyed music evenings, with a piano and a guitar. As for the location, it is fine too.

The guest house is located near the Stalin Museum. Rooms are confortable and bathrooms always clean. Lia, the owner, is extremely welcoming and sympathetic, you will have a good time talking to her.

The family who run this guest house are fabulous. Lia is in good communication before the stay and helped us with a driver/guide. the breakfast is wonderful- almost everything from the family farm. it’s also minutes from the Stalin Museum, an ATM and a great simple restaurant called Chenebuli.

What more can we say than our best stay in Georgia so far! Lia is the most wonderful host, and made us feel so welcome in her home and guesthouse. She went above and beyond, helping us with taxis and our onward journey, and we really felt like part of the family by the time we had to depart. The room is quaint, simple but perfectly comfortable. There is a large common space upstairs for larger groups, and a welcoming table downstairs to speak with Lia and any other guests. The shared bathrooms are clean and accessible, and the breakfast is delish! Don’t leave without hearing Lia play a few songs on the piano.

There are people that genuinely wants to give great hospitality and learn to do so and there are people who are natural at hospitality and the Lady her son at Nitsa are natural guest pleasers. they were genuine in every step from receiving to feeding to sharing thoughts. Beautiful stay. if it’s Gori it has to be Nitsa. *Dont forget to request her to play Piano, it is magic 🤗

Lia was the perfect host. She went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible, she took care of us like a mom ! And cooked an incredible breakfast for us in the morning. We would love to come back and see her again.

If you come to gori city one day definitely stay in this guest house. Lia has the heart of an angel. She helped us in everything. The hostel is very very clean. The bed in the room we stayed in was very comfortable. It has a very beautiful garden. I hope we'll see you again soon.

Lia was so sweet, warm, hospitable, and fun to talk to. She gave me recommendations about what to see and explained to me how to get there. I highly recommend this place for any girls traveling alone like me – Lia is a good mom and will take good care of you! The house was clean, spacious, and very homey. It is within walking distance of all the touristy/historical things in Gori (3 minutes from the Stalin museum, at most 20 min. or so from Gori Fortress on the hill). I was able to park my car in the driveway and walk everywhere easily.

Lia is the most wonderful host with such an enormous heart! She really made us feel at home and did everything possible to make our short stay exceptional, especially coaching us in our Georgian phrases. She delivers incredible value and you can tell that she genuinely loves what she does!

The stay was amazing. Lia (the host) is the kindest person and really perceives the hosting as a cultural exchange. It's for meeting this kind of people that I love traveling. The whole place is super comfortable.

Lia is fantastic - what a welcoming hostess! She gave us fruits and tea and even folded our laundry for us.

Staying at Nitsa Guesthouse is like staying with family. From the moment I arrived, the host Lia has welcomed me with open arms. She knows all the spots in town, best time to go, quickest ways to get there. She takes pride in her small town and it shows. The room I stayed in lets plenty of light in, is clean and has extra blankets for those chilly winter nights. The location of the guesthouse is perfect as well- 5 minutes from the Stalin Museum (cultural center of town) making it an ideal spot to explore Gori and surrounding areas. I truly enjoyed my stay with Lia: from her stories about her childhood to memories of her grandfather- all adds to my appreciation for the local culture in Gori. The breakfast (at extra cost) is phenomenal and if you're lucky she might give you some homemade compote or chacha (all natural and organic) all while listening to her play beautifully on the piano. If I ever come back at Gori, there's only one place I would consider staying- at Nitsa Guesthouse. Thank you for the hospitality Lia and I hope to return soon.

During the daytime, there's a bit of construction going on at the house next door (very minimal though and only in the daytime).

Lia is the sweetest person ever born. Between the amazing breakfast, help finding my way around the city, the musical exchange (she's an excellent pianist) and the wonderful facilities, this place blew me away. When I come back to Gori this is the only place I'll consider staying.
