A Nice get a way resort. Far away from the city and its noises. Good for two to three days as nothing else around it

the hotel was amazing and spacious. it is a little bit hard to find out without a car. it is quite and full of greenery. nothing to complain

the restaurants around the hotel need to be booked in advance. We had no chance to taste it.

Toscana Hotel La Casetta is a lovely hotel truly. The surrounding is majestic and like a small town in Italy. The food is also delicious and the staffs are friendly and sweet.

Some areas are not that well maintained, but not too shabby neither (I would let it slipped since the hotel is so huge).

very comfortable bed & pillows! breakfast was okay, not bad however not super impressive. the entire property has a lot of open space, so it was quite relaxing to look at the open area & decorations.

Value for money. cleanliness, spacious rooms, helpful English speaking staff. Perfect facilities in and around the room. EV cabs just a phone call away for commuting. Beautiful Mountain View, specially early morning. Altogether, a perfect place. I would definitely recommend this property.

Checkin time was 14:00 hrs, we reached the reception around 14:20 hrs, we had to wait at the reception lobby for 30 minutes for our turn to check-in. 15:00 hrs we headed towards our room but the room wasn’t ready, so had to wait again for 20 minutes. Finally we were able to step in the room at 15:30 hrs. There was not a word of sorry or anything complimentary from the resort for the delay caused from their end.

Literally, EVERYTHING. We think we will be back sooner or later. Pleasant place, nice weather, relaxing and quiet. Room were great, actually we did not expect to be so big. Loved also that some soft drinks were for free in the minibar!

Very good place to stay for family vacay. The area is very big and there are lots of activities for everyone to enjoy. The view is so nice.

The lobby area is quite small.
