location and hotel itself

reception staff never say hello when they see you unlike other hotels plus no smoking every where , so over a week every night we went out to eat and drink simply because a few of our friends smoke so we did spend a lot of money else where

What a place this is! I just can't express how amazing the staff is. From the people in the lobby, kitchen, cleaning, management. All amazing people. They know how to threat a guest. How to make a amazing meal! The room is comfortable and big. I tried everything on the menu just to find one food that is not good but EVERYTHING on the menu was amazing! The breakfast was something I was everyday again looking forward too. Been to many hotels in my life but the level of service here was amazing! Thank you all and see you soon again! Location is very nice. 7/11 is around the corner. Amazon Café is there. The big malls are 2 min driving distance. The pool is nice and big. Restaurant has a inside and outside seats and both are very comfortable.

Cleanliness, Friendly staff and the location next to Amazon cafe.

Bathroom is just basic, and they weren't any room slippers I'm the room.

charges for things like extra blanket, super low water pressure, suite isn't worth the money and overall the service wasn't great

Hard to find hotel(alley behind 7/11) Hot water very inconsistent

There’s a 7-Eleven near by and it’s easy to access the Hotel from the Airport.
