it was amazing experience to stay in Diani sea resort. we booked for 5 nights but then we extended it for 10 nights because we didn’t want to leave that place. wonderful garden and very beautiful beach. security was very nice and food was absolutely more than our expectations. specially some dinners were unbelievable. but the most impressive thing were staffs. very kind and friendly and helpful and always with smiles specially I can mention Veronica, Hamza and Omar which they made our holiday more comfortable. we are impatiently waiting to come back to this resort soon.

wifi and mattress of beds can become better

The staff was very good. The location, the pool and the overall property look and feel was very nice . They had lovely seating and relaxing places all across the property.

The meals were very bad . While there was no dirth of drink and food items , the taste was bad . The vegetarian options were very limited and very basic. Also the water in the shower and taps was extremely salty making it very uncomfortable to bathe.

everything, absolutely everything. beautiful location and premises, the service feels personalised even if it is a all inclusive because all the staff treats you as a single person and will go out of their way without being too stiff or formal, very friendly. the food was fresh and the drinks deliciously made. everything was clean, the room, the pool, buffet and restaurant. we even had a massage and Milly was absolutely brilliant and experienced in her job. on our way back to Nairobi we flown over the resort and saw that it may be the biggest one around too, we already thought to go back and that confirmed our idea.

Rooms were too far from restaurant especially at night with all the bags . Maybe golf carts would be needed to help transport guests

the beach is beautiful and the outdoor/pool area is also very nice. we also did a snorkeling excursion that was so fun and a great value. all the staff were also so lovely and kind!

the food was pretty good, but sadly two of our group got food poisoning the first night and the third also fell victim the second day. definitely not what we were hoping given how expensive it was to stay there.

In general my stay was so great, met my expectations, green amazing areas, friendly staff and the food was good......

The bed was so uncomfortable, we expect a kings size mattress, not two individual joined together.

Staff was so accommodating. The property was wonderful and a great way to end a long safari. The location and views were amazing.

The staff was sometimes hard to reach for refills of drinks (Non-Alcoholic & Alcoholic).
