This motel went above our expectations! - I couldn’t get over how clean the room was and how well it was set up and kitted out. It had everything we needed and more, including a full kitchenette, large bathroom with spare towels (they provide high quality products for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom & even had a hair dryer) there was an iron, outdoor chairs, they provided separate beach towels for water activities, and finally to top it off, the room had an air conditioning unit. - Bed was comfy and large! - The staff were extremely friendly and location was perfect for just walking around the town. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we would definitely stay here again if in Akaroa!

We preferred our unit to the flash Christchurch hotel room the previous night. The location was excellent too. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful management team. Our unit was very clean and comfortable.
