Good location. Close to transport and main street in Haeundae which has good food and entertainment options.

The rooms were small and were old styled. The showers either didn't work or sprayed water everywhere. The rooms were also cold and let in noise from outside.

Perfect place for travelers who are always on the go. The hotel is a perfect place to rest, freshen up and head out to places in Busan. Good location. Near Heaundae Beach and Haeundae Market. The train station is also a walking distance.

Not that much outlets. (Suggestion: Bring extension cord)

Location, staff, overall its has positive but little more can give them an edge. Best of luck for future. I would recommend to stay.

Windows not safe for kids. Must provide microwave to families specially with kids. Take little more care for interior and storage space . With little more effort can earn loyalty.

Only advantage is the location. Misleading information leads us to stay in this hotel for cost of 5 star hotels in Busan.

Room was incredibly old and all of the floor frames are broked and stained, the wallpapers have been tore apart. Bed and pillows are unconfortable and its color are faded. Staffs are not professional and rude. Family room has no terrace it is just a balcony covered with full of dust.

The staffs are so kind and helpful.

This hotel was a great value. Our room had a fantastic sea view. The staff were friendly although a bit short staffed. We enjoyed the stay. I believe the hotel provided great value with effective management.

Perfect location, big family room with real beds. Beautiful beach view. Parking available. The room was not 100% clean (a few hairs on the floor and in the bathroom), and some brown stains in the bathroom door. We run out of toilet paper and there was no extra roll in the room and they didn’t have any at reception. There was a problem with the water on our last day, in the morning, so no water at all. We couldn’t shower and had to brush our teeth with bottled water.

The view we had of the ocean was amazing!

The room was clearly old with loose faucets, water damage to the floor board, etc. it seemed like it was a luxury hotel maybe 10 years ago that hasn’t received an update.

The location is near the beach so it was good to visit the beach easily. The convenience store near the property was one good thing.

The staff was not cooperative and didn't treat us well. They didn't even help even seeing small baby with me. The invoice/bill we asked for was not appropriately provided. They said it's booked through other sites, so we can't help you out. There were no proper toiletries kept when we went we had to call and ask them to replace them. The handwash was replaced with soap.

The location was perfect to enjoy Haeundae beach and the market, the room was comfortable.

The hotel needs attention, some facilities look dirty.

It was dirty- obviously stained walls, dust covering the air conditioner and window screen. Beds super hard and uncomfortable

Its too expensive and i hated tge fact that we need to pay to use the pool even though we are hotel guest.🤷‍♀️
