The apartement was very good.Clean and new

Swimming pool - the water is cold.So no one swming and even those attempted to swim - went out very quickly.My son didnt enjoy neither did I.

The room was fantastic! Great view, amenities and comfort. The Makati area is nice, full of nice restaurants, and is close to the airport, so it was perfect for our 1-night stay before going to the islands.

We expected the pool to be a bit nicer.

The tunnel to cross Ayala blvd is not PWD friendly. Escalators are only available going up. PWD has to cross Ayala BLVD at the street level. Just for info for those folks who cannot walk.

Very comfortable and spacious 2 br apartment in good location. Full kitchen with washer/dryer. Large desk for working. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options.

Second bedroom only had one smaller sized bed (full or twin?), so not ideal for family of 4.

Customer service, location, and facilities are excellent. Typically very good value relative to similar places in the area. The pool and gym are accessible and well equipped. The restaurant has great food. The hotel is very secure. I'm a returning customer and will happily stay here again in the future.

I wish the breakfast inclusive with the room had slightly more options although the food is excellent. Also, it would be nice if the pool area stayed open a bit later in the evening.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff are professional and attentive. Rooms and decor were well appointed. Originally booked a 1 night stay. However, due to Head Chef (Luis's ) Mastery of VEGAN Cuisine I ended up extending my stay by double! His Vegan Cuisine (Breakfast) was, in every consideration, 5-STAR! Bravo 👏🏼 Luis 😀

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, the daily service was great, the staff polite, professional and friendly. They helped with any issue we had and we didn’t want to leave. A tv in the bathroom by the bath was our highlight! The pool has amazing views over some of the Manila skyline, for the price it was fabulous and close to all Manila has to offer

Super friendly staff. Everywhere and always very helpful and kind. Spacious room overlooking the city . Close to a shopping mall and restaurants.

Transportation from Hotel is difficult when it’s raining

It was close to everything. All the staff were amazing and friendly and very helpful. It was easy to get around as everything is walking distance. The place is clean and they have staff always cleaning the rooms and collecting rubbish. The bathroom is awesome with a tub and the tv and big. Overall the whole place is awesome

- BEWARE the Pool area is under maintenance and CLOSED for most of the day (it opens at 4 pm). NOT written anywhere, you just learn after booking a non-refundable room. They don’t do anything to make up for it - Bad hospitality, in every area of the hotel you are greeted with “What’s your room number?” instead of “Good morning” or “Hello”, almost as if the staff doesn’t think you’re a real guest - Concierge wasn’t able to recommend a single restaurant to go to with a kid and open at 9 pm, we had to research one on our own - Not child friendly. When you add a 2 year old child to the reservation via booking, you get prompted to book an expensive and non necessary suite - There is no minibar in the rooms, you have to call guest services to get anything such as a bottle of water
