Location is great just walk straight into the Mall. Breakfast was good but same as previous COLD.

Parking its a booking .com con. In the choices you can pay extra for parking and high speed internet which is actually free throughout. There was no parking when i arrive and had to pay another 300 for valet its a total scam, Room old fashioned and very worn out. A bit of new paint hiding out dated old fashioned furniuture. Television old small and again out of date with a rubbish set of channels. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Dirty windows dark bathroom cant even read shampoo bottles.

Beds is comfortable , breakfast is very good loads of choices, staff are very friendly and helpful . Location is great near of everything easy to access.

Room is a bit dated and only has shower bath love be lovely.

The locatiom

The management that does not attend to guests complaints about Dusits old run down room with floor that slopes towards the.middle.of the room. Very old broken furnitures in that very tiny room of Premier Studio. I wonder how bad the standard room if the "Premier" is in such a bad state. The absence of customer service from the management who seem to deliberately offer such pathetic premier room to leave the guests no option but to upgrade to have a somewhat decent accommodation. Even the suite that we have paid to get an upgrade has utterly disgusting smelly toilet bowl that emits very foul smell of human waste even when not in use. I asked the HK to put some disinfectant which was only good until the bowl is flushed again and the foul smell returns. The aircon in the room that left us sweating through the night as it does not make the room cold enough. The room, garden, pond was a total disappointment to say the least. The STAFF were good

The Dusit Thani is situated in a great location, within easy walking distance of several major quality shopping malls. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which has a wide variety of options and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

customer service & internet - Ms. Thea from front desk went beyond her duties to made sure we were accomodated and feel welcomed. providing netflix/filipino channels are awesome, thank you for going beyond to provide us these awesome amenities.

hours of the pool access - us traveler wanted to explore more during days, and prefer to take advantage of the hotels pool or spa during nights. 7pm is a bit too early for closing during weekdays access.

room is great. breakfast is amazing. location is very convenient for me.

Staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and very polite . Japanese restaurant is absolutely gorgeous , and they have excellent food and service .Very impressed!!!!

The hotel needs a few things to improve as it looks a bit tired inside, also for a five-star hotel it should have a at least a few drinks included in the mini bar,also didn't get coffee topped up every day,without us asking.

The staff looked after myself and my pregnant wife so well. When my wife water broke un-expectantly, the Duty manager offered nursing and support. The front desk, the concierge, valet parking and housekeeping all contributed to comfortably wheelchair my wife to my waiting car at the front door. we were able to take the short drive to Makati Medical Centre where baby Callum arrived a few hours later. Our sincere thanks to the hotel, management and staff for their great care.
