It's a pretty hotel conveniently located in a beautiful region. The food at the restaurant was amazingly tasty and delicious, the hotel's beach is very nice. Most of the staff is very friendly; I want to highlight Jorgito the young guy from the restaurant who gave us a very warm service all the time and saved me from a sneak. The ladies that serve the breakfast, the bartender and all the waiters are super kind.

The pool area can be improved but, the man at the bar is great. The manager, Mrs Kathy ain't the kindest person in the world and we felt pretty pressured by her for not wanting to take some ride with her drivers, we were also denied to do a late check out even though we were okay with an extra charge.

I love the setting in the jungle and the staff. The overall energy of the hotel and how clean it was.

The hotel is a little dated. Also the lighting in the rooms need some improvements.

The location next to the Tayrona National Park was great We took two Guided Tours, booked through the hotel & they were very good & well managed

The site was showing it's age The restaurant Staff were young & clearly not all that experienced in 'waiting on'. It was clear it was a job & not a vocation The linen, particularly the towels, were very old & some were ripped or even bleach stained No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but there was a fridge, which seemed to be an after thought & didn't fit in well in the aesthetic of the room Bottled water had to be paid for, even those that were in the fridge on arrival The wardrobe was in the bathroom & the bathroom has no window frames only openings with mosquito screens. As the humidity was quite high, this meant the bathroom was very humid & any clothes hanging in the wardrobe got damp

rooms are vey far. service is very poor. They don't answer the phone when you call. Pool was closed in the morning the day we were there.

Beautiful hotel, inserted in the jungle just 10 minutes from the beach, wonderful pool, very good restaurant. We saw more wildlife around the hotel than in Tayrona. perfect place to rest.

Although the beach is close, there are strong waves, so don't expect to go swimming.

The whole break was amazing, the properties are so well maintained, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, it was clinically clean with a measure of love.

The staff was friendly.

The room was extremely uncomfortable. The ACs barely work. We woke up multiple times in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. There is also so much noise (super loud parrot) early in the morning, thats really disrupting if you're trying to sleep. Tons of ants in the room that got in our suitcases, I get it we're in the jungle, but I didn't expect a trail of black biting ants in our suitcases. Wasn't impressed with the conditions of the property, for what they charge.

they lie to us about tours and omit some crucial information which had a significant impact in our trip

The hotel is amidst the jungle which is amazing. The views are great. The staff are really helpful and lovely. The pool was great.

There is a lot of stairs up and down to the hotel and in the heat can be difficult. The bathroom had a mosquito net but they still managed to get in so I had to wear bug spray inside.

The place was amazing.Set in nature with spectacule wiews.Garden was just lush full of tropical fruit.Beach is near with local bars and food.

Way to beach through beautiful garden change by the tunnel in open sewer.Rubbish and smelly ...so pitty but thats the other face of Colombia

The hotel is more of a resort, absolutely beautiful grounds. close to the sea, albeit not as close as advertised, you have to walk at least 7 or 8 mins to get there. The swimming pool is also lovely and peaceful. Rooms were beautiful and had an amazing view.

We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it, bar one thing. The hotel food is terrible. It was a massive shame as we had our hopes so high. another problem is that there are no restaurants nearby so you are restricted to eating here. In the end we had to go to another hostel to eat as we couldn’t face the food anymore.

nice quiet eco hotel. close to the park. we took a shuttle service to the park and inside the park. incl pick up in the evening nice rooms. well equipped. good food in the restaurant and good breakfast. nice pool area. walking distance to the beach

the reception area doesn’t look very inviting. it’s the first impression your guests are getting. so maybe rework it a bit to make it more inviting. the rest of the hotel with nice details but the reception desk looks like a storage area. not very nice :(

We had the garden view rooms and it's like staying in a tree house :). Individual staff are helpful and friendly.

I think I simply had expected more. The rooms are fine and have a beautiful view, but they are far from being well designed. There is quite some steps to climb everywhere in between facilities (though of course that is understandable). Breakfast options are nice, but with a little effort could be a lot nicer, eg by including fresh juices (though you can buy those separately) or fresh coffee. (The coffee served was prepared hours ago). It's really quite an OK place, but not what I expected for the price.

the staff were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. they were very attentive to every need, answered questions about nearby places, gave helpful logistics information and set up a variety of car services for us. the view from our room was gorgeous and the setting of the property was perfectly peaceful and serene. loved the hammock on our terrace!

a bit of a trek to and from our room, but the staff helped with our luggage so it wasn’t really an issue. and I wouldn’t trade the view that we had from the room for a closer one anyhow

This place is incredible and the staff is as stellar as the mind-blowing views! From check-in to check-out everyone could not have been kinder, friendlier or more helpful. My husband wanted to see his UK team play futbol/soccer and Juan David made it happen in the rainforest! The entire waitstaff are dears. Alex is always helpful, sweet and smiling alongside of Juan David. Katy, who runs the Girona travel agency on site, organized the most thoughtful and fascinating guide to lead us through Parque Tayrona. It was the reason we wanted to come to this part of Colombia, and her guide, Diva, did not disappoint. The animals onsite, Frida the Cat and Lila the Parrot (both are rescues) added even more charm to the mix! Last but not least, the on staff man of many talents, Dairo, took me on a private hike on the grounds of the property and had to nearly carry me for half of it, it was a great experience and I must say the grounds of the hotel easily rival those of the park, don't miss out on exploring them while you are here!

The shower had no hot water and the pressure could have been better, but really who cares when it's this gorgeous and it's hot anyway! My only real complaint was that apparently the owners (not present while we were there) could not be swayed to hire live music for New Years Eve and this is sad to be in Colombia and not hear live music on New Years Eve!

Very nice place with beautiful views, close to the tayrona park and with access to a beach. The massage service is very nice to relax! Everything is a little overpriced at the restaurant. We had a misunderstanding about the taxi service but in the end the staff was kind and honest so I would recommend this hotel to others.
