The property is well located for Westbahnhof railway station, about 5-8 min walk and about 50 min walk from St Stephen's Cathedral. Good metro connections . The building has various rental flats, I was in the attic (D3) which is a large studio flat. (double bed, round table, sofa, kitchen all in the same room) . It had basic pots and pans to cook Microwave . It was clean and light.

The bathroom was clean but I am sorry to say it had a strong smell of drains ? particularly in the mornings. I hope the owners can do something about it. The building has many flats and there is no reception or anyone to welcome you. I was on my own; after midnight the first day there was quite a loud shout in the stairs , (it sounded like someone calling or telling someone off). As there was no reception I could not ask what was going on, which was a bit unnerving. I do not think the nice coffee machine is working properly.

A few maintenance issues require attendance. TV connection broken, no reception, water leaking into flat below from our shower for some reason. No communication from owner.

apartment was filthy

The apartment was very nice. Very good support and responsiveness from the managers. Recommend staying in this apartment. As for the parking we used Apollo garage, which is in close location and better price. thank you

The location was amazing and had all the things we needed. It was also very good value and having a good sized fridge and generous cupboard space, meant that we could buy a few groceries so we could eat at home when we wanted to. There were lots of keys but once you worked out which ones were for which locks, it was easy! It also felt very safe and secure.

The things that could be better are only a one item but an important one. We definitely needed to bring all our own toiletries and sometimes when you are flying and the weight of your bags matter, this can be expensive to buy near by.

I liked the location.

The entrance for the building feels very old and tired and not pleasant. The apt. is updated but not maintained. You couldn't open the dishwasher without the baseboard getting stuck. Living room base board was laying on floor. Shower had 2 doors but only one handle making it hard to open and close. Towels were thin and cheap. They offered towel exchange but it is hard to facilitate. Only one pillow each and those weren't great. Linens weren't great quality. Shortage of pillows for comfort on couch. Couch bed was very dirty and covered with a fleece blanket. Big windows had shades but all the windows along the floor of both bedroom and living room have no room darkening so it is quite bright day and night. Most of what you might need is in the kitchen. We needed a pan and they got us one through the cleaning woman. Very slow to respond to messages. No contact with management team but text. If your goal is to save money it's ok at best.

Location, facilities, aspect, beds all good.

No access to roof terrace despite this being on the advert. No pods for coffee machine, no kettle (we are english!), no cleaning materials, floor brush or mop. It's probably used as a party house, so understand the basic nature of furnishing, but decor was a bit tired and could do with a deep clean.
