The service and staff were really great and were beyond expectations. Breakfast was amazing. Very clean and tidy. Centrally located.

It’s very clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful too. The bed was very comfortable too. Excellent shower. Nice poolside loungers. We had an excellent sleep and it was lovely and peaceful at night. They didn’t have the room available that we booked so they upgraded us to a poolside room which was very nice! Breakfast was excellent (but it’s a bit odd that the coffee wasn’t included in the price)

The fact that after we paid for breakfast the coffee wasn’t included. The music at the bar is a bit loud and sort of club music during the day which is around the pool and the poolside rooms. A bit of a more relaxing playlist would’ve suited me better whilst sunbathing.

Very nice property and staff is really helpful. Location is 10 mins drive to Seminyak beach as we travelled through scooter and will surely recommend staying. They arranged decoration of room for anniversary.

Very clean and well kept property with fabulous pool and restaurant and bar facilities. Currently doing some renovations which will bring further improvements to the kitchen and dining area and was not causing too much disruption. All the staff were very welcoming and catering for your every need was their priority. Chika particularly was very efficient and able to attend to any enquiries very promptly and always with a smile. Wifi available and works well.

Reception Staff,particularly Yuli was very nice to deal with and was very courteous and professional. Overall property is great value for money.

Breakfast could have been bit better,we have stayed there in 2017 and Breakfast was really good back then.

The Staff (including pool guys) are so lovely! My family is also a fan of the Ramada Cocktail - it’s a must try! The pillows are also 10/10.

1. The hotel lacked healthy alternatives for breakfast, the fruit provided was shared with crawling bugs. 2. My biggest criticism is Gojek cannot be used for travel from this hotel. The hotel is on village land and the surrounding is policed by villagers. On one particular occasion upon exiting the hotel in a vechile, the car was stopped and grown angry men (approx 12) surrounded the vechile banging the car and abusing the driver. The poor guy was terrified - not to mention only myself and my mother frightened inside. This was completely unacceptable and whilst I can appreciate the importance of supporting locals, the hotels response to the incident seemed helpless. I did not feel safe, I was frightened and intimidated, I didn’t appreciate how our driver was treated and strongly urge women not to leave the boundary of the hotel alone! 3. A lot of construction

Breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful staff Hotel upgraded our rooms, after numerous faults but unfortunately the rooms were just poorly maintained.

Rooms were not up to standard -bedsheet stains, ants in room, shower drainage clogged even when rooms replaced, and upgraded. The rooms were poorly maintained and room service very inconsistent - in one room, we had toilet glasses while other room did not. After housekeeping, room was left with just one teaspoon instead of 2. Althought quick attention provided after complaints, fact is the rooms are poorly maintained. The main lobby fllor was well maintained, but same cannot be said of the rooms. It was unbelievable there were so many favourable comments but the rooms were just below standard expected of a 4 star hotel.

I book cab from grab book but there was can driver gang who stopped on us next to hotel gate and was very unsafe. They were charging double price and threat to driver to leave us on middle of the road. How its possible hotel didnt know about this as i saw that group driver on hotel entrance and i think this gang is from hotel only. Very dangerous for family or couple so I recommend not to book rooms in this hotel if you are travelling with your family. Worst experience in my 7 days trip. My wife was scared when they stopped us. So please be safe from them

Staff were excellent, bartenders in particular(Wira and Eka) made our stay very enjoyable

Location and local drivers not allowing Grab or Taxi’s in to pick us up. Notified staff but they know this happens and were not concerned about it, we were not notified that this is the case beforehand as we wouldn’t have stayed there if we knew before our trip.

The breakfast is delicious with many options. The location is good and the bed is comfortable. The pool area is so beautiful. The shower is not one of the best ones, but that’s okay, it works.

We as a family travelled from New Zealand for a family holiday at Bali.The place was superb especially their room service and the buffet breakfast offered by the hotel.Everyday there was a different spread of food to choose from. The hospitality was immaculate and respectful. Eriani at the hotel was a superb host and hospitable. Juve mom at the food counter prepared amazing combinations of Pasta and Noodles as per our liking and taste. Kudos to Ramada Encore @ Seminyak Bali. Highly recommend who wishes to travel to Bali can definitely have an amazing vacation.

The property location is slightly inside due to which its peaceful. They do not allow other transport service provider to come and pick up but allow drop offs.But we had an amazing driver called ebay who was booked for 3 days and could cover all the Tourist places in Bali.

The layout of the hotel. The pool was terrific. The staff were very hospitable. Second time I’ve stayed there. The breakfast choices were amazing. Something for everyone.

The location of the property is good. Has a huge swimming pool and the rooms are big but need refurbishments.

We had asked to change the bedsheet in my parent’s room but they were not changed. It was changed after our complaint but it seems they did not like it so the next day they left our door open after finishing their room service while we were out. We were too scared to complain about it as we were not sure what they would do next. Found a cockroach in the room, called housekeeping but by the time he came, it went behind the bed. Later had to remove it myself. Room cleaning could have been better.

Cosy and easy to access from all parts of Seminyak. Good spread for breakfast, helpful staff. Room boy Eka went above and beyond everyday to ensure we had a clean and happy space to come back to after our daily adventures.

Staff and property are amazing. Only annoying thing is that Gojek isn’t allowed in and we were harassed by local bullies for not taking their own taxis

We have been in different hotels in Bali with similar price, and also cheaper ones, yet all of them were way better than Ramada Encore hotel. Sorry but there was nothing we liked about this hotel. Some staffs and cleaner people were great, not the receptionist that checked us in.

Room was so dingy, hard to even walk around the beds, AC inside the room was so noisy getting much more terrible at nights. We could not even take a nice shower given the fact that the drainage was blocked, after 1-2 minutes that shower was running the entire bath floor was filled with water finding the way to get into the main room, so much annoying. When we were asking about additional towel they were asking a signature for that, have not seen such a thing in my entire life in any other hotels in other countries I have visited. The last night of our stay one of us got terribly sick due to awful food poisoning, and it was understandable that the room was fully booked after our stay and we could not stay one night longer, however when we asked about a blanket or towel so that my sick friend can use when he was freezing in the lobby (due to fever with chills fighting the infections), the staffs denied to lend us a blanlet or a towel!! It was dreadful. This behaviour from the staffs was totally opposite to what we seen during our stay in Indonesia and in other hotels, which we have seen people so generous, kind, very helpful, and accommodating. I hope managers of this hotel and staff will learn these charachterisitics from great Indonesian people and try to treat, at least sick people, their guests with more respect and care. We wish we did not conclude our stay in Indonesia in this hotel. Totally waste of money, we were fooled by the fancy/stylish pictures on the booking.

The pool was nice and big and the rooms were clean and fairly modern.

The hotel is in no mans land. It is so out of the way from absolutely everything. The food is average and overpriced. However, the breakfast options were incredible. Hugeeee variety.
