This was my second stay in this hotel. A one night stop between San Miguel de Allende and the US border. I will stay here again. The staff was excellent and I appreciate a place I can bring my service dog, and park my car safely.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

In my room it had not been cleaned very well. There was a tissue on the floor, empty water bottel, and eye drops from the people before. The room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke.

Unfortunately, the shampoo in the bathroom was empty. Water leaked into the kitchen while showering. The room has no window.

The price isn’t right, because the app said $1,300 mxn and I have to pay $1,700 mxn

Good value. Pet friendly. There was a small costs ($15/pet). Staff was wonderful. Victor at reception was super helpful. Loved the building layout. Very quiet.

Have stayed at this property multiple times. While the property has always been a little unkept and worn, it works for a stopover in Saltillo. This trip while taking a shower I went to open the glass shower door and it shattered, peppering me with shards of glass. I suffered multiple cuts all over my body. Apparently the door had not been properly maintained and came off the rails when I attempted to open it. Once able to get out of the bathroom and call for help, the only people who arrived were the maintenance team (who focused upon cleaning up the broken glass), and the front desk person. Surprisingly no manager came or even contacted me. The next morning after a sleepless night I went by the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. Not available, I left my name, email, and phone number and requested they call me. I never heard from a manager and the property didn’t even have the courtesy to refund my room. The accident was unfortunate but the lack of concern and lack of response from the management was reprehensible and so I recommend others not stay at a place that has such lack of concern for their guests.

Carpet in hallways was musty and worn..needs replacing.. ice machine on first floor didnt work.

The room was advertised as 69USD including taxes and fees. I have the screenshot. I arrived and was charged 90USD. The stated reason was "taxes" however taxes and fees were suppose to be included in the 69USD price. Here is the math: 1. Room = 69USD + "Taxes" = 19% 69.00 * .19 = $13.11 $69 + $13.11 = $82.11USD I was charged $90.00 USD. ???? ***VISA converts to local currency so that isn’t the issue either.
