Really nice and clean

We love the location.
Its a new hotel. It is place in a very nice and New facilities for the community.
Night shift staff were actually rude. I was absolutely shocked when I ask for parking slot because the parking was crowded, and the front desk girl said that was up to us were we park on the mall o wherever.
There were some vans from the hotel and space in front of the main entrance but they said they couldn't move the vans and parking in front of would be under our own risk.
Absolutely disappointed.
We needed to park in the street because their parking slot were not enough for their guests.
Another disappointment was the bed.

i liked the hotel itself i liked the beds too
i didnt like that they charge a good amount of money but have broken stuff or unfilled things.. the soaps were half empty they were never refilled .. the guy in the entrance was kind of rude and gave us ugly looks. the hair dryer was broken

This is an American-style hotel with American prices that lacks both American efficiency and Mexican warmth. Internet very hard to access. Staff didn’t seem to feel interacting with or orienting customers was part of the job - parking, internet access, nearby eateries - figure it out yourself, you’ll be offered no information whatsoever. Here’s your key and your bill.

have often stayed there. Nice modern hotel with amenities nearby. But this time may be the last.
Shower was barely warm. We decided to stay in and eat the restaurant. Food was ok but service was very slow and indifferent. I asked for a glass of white wine but was told I could order a small bottle. I should have asked the cost but didn’t. When the bill came I was shocked to see I had been charged $35 US for a small personal bottle which arrived I chilled. Definitely not ok.

The hotel is located in the middle of a relatively new commercial/shopping area making it really convenient since it has multiple restaurants within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) plus a Walmart really nearby. The hotel also currently has availability of a taxi service (with special pricing for guests) making it easy to get transport if you are struggling to find a ride-share option.
Nothing in particular on this visit, although I stayed only for one night.

Very comfortable bed in a well appointed room. Location within a new shopping/dining complex and across the street from the mall offered many options for dining and shopping within walking distance. Excellent breakfast.
I stayed in a Courtyard by Marriott 2 days before in El Paso, TX. I live in Mexico and can attest to things generally costing much less in Mexico than in the USA. For some reason, however, this hotel in Saltillo cost about 33% more than the hotel in El Paso - even though the rooms, bed and furnishings were identical. Definitely worth it, but the price difference was surprising.
