Old sprung bed that makes noise when you sat on it or rolled over. Leaking shower that dripped the whole night. The place felt abandoned & I didn’t feel particularly safe as a single female staying there.

Effective booking and hassle free room access, relatively central location, and cost-effective.
You get what you pay for regarding basic accommodation, so I can't complain.

Warm, clean and comfortable, split system worked well, Probably good for travellers overnighting and moving on.
Didn't like that there were no reception staff, which is important for women travelling alone. Also no mention in information that no meals are available.
Drafty. Needed the split system on at all times to counteract the draft (coming from under the window, around the door, and in the bathroom). Bed skittered across the floor as stoppers were completely useless.

Surprisingly the shower was warm even though bathroom was wet as shower leaked water all over the floor.
Staff had turned the shower rosette up side down so it didn't leak anymore water on the floor.
Everything.about this Motel was really bad.
Bathroom leaked.Vanity falling apart.Half shower screen as it had been removed we assume other half was broken.
No water pressure from taps in vanity.
Floor on a slant which you could feel and witnesses as you entered the room.
Skirting board packed up to align with the floor. Everything was falling apart.
You could see the ground between the skirting and floor.It looked unclean.Biscuits supplied stale.
I'm sure staff tried but little could be done.
The Motel is well below anyone's expectations.Would not recommend at all.

Poor keyless door lock, sometimes difficult to open and we were locked out for a while. Assistance didn’t respond until two hours later.

This old tired tired run down, worn out motel either needs a full rebuild or demolishing. The worst motel we have stayed in EVER. Not even an on site manager!!!

Waking up to Birdsong in the morning was wonderful.
Shower and bathroom floor could have been cleaner.
Self check in key code took a few attempts .. takes 2 hands.
Thin walls makes noise heard on either side.

It's a simple motel accommodation. All necessary supplies were there, despite the facilities being basic, it was enough for our one night stay.

The gentleman at Reception went above and beyond for my daughter and I. He was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and had extra blankets in case we were not warm enough. The bed was comfortable and big enough for us both to sleep well.
