all of the unit except the bathroom

My husband has trouble with his balance. Though there was a grab rail in the shower the large step to get in and the temp being very difficult to regulate made showering nearly impossible

The unit was warm and comfortable. Plenty of room. Comfortable lounge and bedding. Convenient location.

I did not appreciate the fact they do not CLEARELY state on Booking.com that bedding is NOT included. We arrived at Midnight to find no linen on the beds. Despite a few phones calls back and forth with front of house prior to our arrival, they neglected to inform us of the lack of linen provided and it made for a very uncomfortable first night of stay. Despite making a complaint about the lack of communication in regards to the lack of linen (the only notice of it is a tiny 'friendly reminder on one of the booking confirmations right at the end of the email, not listed in the booking or made abundantly clear), they were not respective of any feedback in regards to updating their Booking.com listing to reflect the feedback from a customer.

unit was spacious lawn area was amazing for the family. great staff and facilities . we will be back for sure

unfortunately we found the furnishings outdated in particular the lounge is quite old and uncomfortable sagging in places. To be honest that is the only thing that did not meet our needs

The ease of getting into the unit, parking facilities, amenities, including pool & tennis court. Neighbours are friendly & location to beaches, shops & clubs is perfect. Great chance to walk as nice and flat with great walks to the beach & lake.
