Gym room and laundry room too dark

Parking was good and room was nice

A member of staff named Vinesha was very rude to my partner and myself. We had been speaking to her on the telephone when we were in our room and she hung up on my partner. When we asked her about this at check out she laughed in our faces and denied ever having done so. No apology whatsoever, it really tainted the whole stay.

Spacious, exceptional views (9th floor,)secure, modern and well-equipped. A free gym and cheap laundry facility plus food and beverage on site as well as Sainsbury’s local just 50m away are just a few of the property’s attractions. Would definitely recommend- very reasonably priced as well compared with what you get elsewhere (probably beats most.) Can’t fault this one for value.

Crockery not washed properly by previous customers (not the fault of the hotel, but probably should have been checked.) Anyway, only a minor gripe when everything else about the hotel exceeded my expectations (I just washed them myself! So no worries.)

1. The Linen for the extra bed were not clean. In fact it was just the comforter without covers left in the closet room. 2. Cleaning services are paid if the stay is less than 8 days. This is not stated upfront before booking the room

Reception staff were wonderful. Really helpful and welcoming, even while they had building work going on around them. Answered the phone immediately when I called in advance. All of them great!

The breakfast could do with vegetables (mushrooms and tomatoes) it was a bit focused on pastries. I would love a squat rack in the gym. Otherwise, everything was great.

all the extra charges you are forced to pay excused as “company policy” the fact it is non refundable advertised at 1 price not mentioning any other costs until you arrive at the hotel, so you are not able to cancel and go elsewhere

kitchen wasn’t tidy and also it was very very cold and when we turn up the heat it took ages to get warm and was making horrible sound. it’s been two weeks and deposit still hasn’t come back
