Lovely comfy bed, very clean, and impressively spacious bathroom. Pleasant staff. Nice and relaxing bar area. Hotel itself is very easy to find, with it's canalside location.

Wasn't expecting to be woken up both mornings just after 5.30am by loud low flying aeroplanes (even with the window closed). Had hoped soundproofing would've been better for somewhere located on a flight path. Also had no mobile phone signal in my room, and the friendly staff were unfortunately unable to help me get onto the encrypted WiFi with the password provided. Could only access Internet and phone line by sitting on the seat outside the front entrance (which was actually quite pleasant, apart from the background traffic noise).

Kane checked me in, swift polite and friendly. After mentioning I may be swayed to holiday inns being my first stay at one and being a Hilton and raddison regular, he gave me a complimentary room upgrade. The executive room was lovely and spacious just how i like it.

There was only one member of staff checking people in. I had to wait longer than I'd expected for 1 booking infront of me. Not ever a issue at raddison or Hilton.

las instalaciones deberian de renovarse un poco, pero en general no estan mal, los baños estan para reformar, se podria informar del tipo de enchufe ya que no sabiamos que hacia falta adaptador.-

Very friendly staff. Ease of checking in and out. Room very clean, sizeable and lots of facilities.

Some noisy guests attending a wedding reception and knocking on doors nearby late at night.

Die Betten waren gut. Empfang sehr freundlich, der Mitarbeiter kümmerte sich gerne um unsere Anliegen trots das das Hotel ausgebucht war und viele Einchecken wollten.

Leider haben wir im Hotel was vergessen. Anrufe wurden mit der bitte um email beantwortet. Die emails leider gar nicht, trotz das mehrere emails an das Hotel gingen. Schade, macht nun den guten gesammt Eindruck wieder zu nichte.

Large clean room, clean and large bathroom, quiet. Not much of a viewfinder my room but then I was only there to sleep.

Like many hotel bathrooms, this has the annoying arrangement with a short glass door on the side of the tub, which invariably results in a flooded bathroom.

Beautiful area with little canal next to the hotel, nice to walk around. Easy public transport, uber.

Room good and bed comfortable. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant.

Kettle was missing from tea tray even though sachets of tea coffee etc were there, so no morning cuppa for me. Felt rushed to leave by cleaning staff who knocked on door at 9am asking if we were checking out before we had even had breakfast! Told then our checkout time was 11am and they came back at 10.50 to hurry us up!!
