Lo único medianamente aceptable, la ubicación y sobre la atención del personal, la señorita de la mañana y el joven de la tarde que estuvieron en recepción, muy amables.

Varios puntos. Instalaciones muy descuidadas, pintura ya opaca, exceso humedad, mal olor en ascensor, puerta del balcón de la habitación no cerraba. Parqueo deplorable. Sillas de playa quebradas. Personas fumando weed en área de piscina mientras habían niños en la misma. Quise comprar un plato de frutas a las 10am y me indicaron que la cocina estaba cerrada?? No volvería y definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

El personal es muy amable, siempre nos tratan súper bien. Y Alejandro uno de los chicos de restaurante nos atiende super bien un 100 completamente en todas las estadías que hemos tenido en el hotel. Algo rescatable es que es una calle muy tranquila

Creo que han descuidado mucho el hotel, ya no es tan lindo como antes. Está muy deteriorado, es una lastima. Deben cambiar el menú o agregarle mas cosas, sigue siendo el mismo ya hace muchos años. También deberían prohibir los parlantes o musica alta en la piscina.

Por estar frente a la playa el personal muy atento sobretodo el personal del restaurante

The breakfast was great, as was all the food we ordered from the restaurant. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Could keep the room as cool as you liked. Mini fridge was great!

Pictures can be deceiving. Lots of deferred maintenance. Would have been nice to have pool towels, not the old stained ones from the rooms. Lounge chairs not comfortable, could use cushions or different type.

it was close to the beach

It has zero privacy, everything and everyone is too close, all of the common areas are way too small. The rooms are old and not properly maintained. It is definitely not for the kind of people who don't like crowds and loud people. The breakfast was not good at all. Don't you even dare dream about any gluten free or dairy free options. They have a shower outside, on the street almost. Which is used by everyone who visits the beach and it means you have to wait in the line to wash your sandy feet, when people from the street (not hotel guests) are using the shower also to take a complete shower with shampoo and everything and they are not even ashamed. A very Costa Rican experience in the worst possible way. The beach has no restaurants or anything to visit.

1. we asked for drinks 45 minutes later they forgot our order because they were flirting with a guest. 2. The pool was disgusting and even foam coming out of the filters, clearley they haven’t cleaned it up in a long time. 3. The water in the shower and the sink was coming out BLACK. 4. We made a complaint and the customer services horrible and they seemed angry for us complaining when WE PAID for a service. We left the hotel
