I like the beach and the pool

1. Staff not friendly and not attentive to our needs. 2. Room provided was not the one offered. This was reviewed with the Hotel Manager @ reception and she just said we are out.. that is the room we have reserved for you. 3. Bathroom and shower was all rusty, dirty and in bad shape. 4. There was neither a balcony or a terrace. The tiny space outside for the condenser was very dodgy and did not allow to be even seated in a chair. 5. Room Door lock barely worked giving us a sense of insecurity.

Very friendly staff. Especially in the dining room

The restaurant took a little to long to serve the food and then bring the check each time we ate there. Also, we asked for box breakfasts twice when we got up too early to eat breakfast at the dining room. The box breakfasts need major improvement. A tasteless sandwich, water and some fruit. Come on you can do better than that.

Beachfront! Good location!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful Everyone that works there especially Joselin, Matareta, Royber,Angel,Engel ,David,all the cooks and staff at the restaurant

The beach is right there. Nice room, view of the ocean from the shower. Nice bed, breakfast included ok

The humidity smell. Quite a problem around here( Jaco to Quepos)

Place was really clean and facilities were in great shape.

Nothing really, had a small opportunity with the parking since the anex parking wad kibda far and difficult if it rained.

Liked the ocean view from the Rest

The stuff could give more info to the guest at the check in, Like what facilities they have and the schedules of them.
