-السعر لا يساوي قيمة الخدمة. - طلبت طلب خاص عند الحجز ولم يتم تجهيزه . - الطعام مكرر وغير جيد ولا يرقى لمستوى فندق ذو خمس نجوم. - فوط الحمام المستعملة فى الغرف سيئة وذو جودة منخفضة . - عدم وجود خدمات غرف لطلب الطعام والمشروبات الساخنة او الباردة فى الغرف بالرغم آنه من أساسيات خدمات الفنادق ذي خمسة نجوم . تجمع مياه الدش فى الحمام بعد الاستحمام .

La nourriture n’est pas du tout à la hauteur . L’étalage de la nourriture avant cuisson devant les clients n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5*. Le chef cuisinier était « au four et au moulin » et plutôt à la cuisson de spaghettis au wok. Le wifi est parfaitement nul. Sur 2 semaines nous avons eu 4 jours maximum de connection sans aucune explication sur le problème. C’était très pénible

Compact and comfortable hotel, friendly staff.

The Beach and Pool Bar open at 10 and Close at 1800. For those either on Half Board or Inclusive this is not good value for money. They should open earlier and close later.

The staff was super professional and friendly! the property was big and offers a vast choice of activities within the premises.

- Good food variety - Helpfull staff: they gave good advice on what to visit and arranged the taxi service - Lots of activities - Good swimming pools - ATM inside the hotel

- The majority of the staff didn't speak English - Low quality and variety of the all included drinks - Couldn't understand the room cleaning schedule - The sand from the hotel's beach had loads of algae: sometimes it was the worst in comparisson to the beaches around - No AC (or very low) in the dining area and corridors

The rules were very strict, they wouldn’t let my guest stay for more than 10 minutes
