Hotel adventures! NEVER KNOW WHAT EXPECTS YOU IN HOTEL! First: when I arrived, the hotel met me with disgusting smell ( it was look like a spoiled fish or shrimps). Might be it's ok for hotel where kitchen of sea food? Second: the room was large, but very shebby and requires some reconstruction. The light is not enough. The ventilation in the bathroom did not properly work. There weren't any sleepers, coats, covers. Might be they exist ( because we have seen them in hall wardrobe, but they wasn't in number!). The blanket wasn't found too. Third : the swimming pool very small (approximately 3x3m), so don't expect to swim there. We didn't take this paid option. Fourth : a bit far away from city centre and railway station, approximately 15-20 min for small city it's a lot. UNEXPECTED RULES OF THIS HOTEL: YOU HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FOR BREAKFAST IF YOU HAVEN'T EATEN UP THE WHOLE FOOD WHICH YOU HAVE TAKEN! YOU MUST PAY EXTRA 5 EURO FOR EACH PIECE OF FOOD (FOR EXAMPLE, PIECE OF CAKE OR CROUSSAN IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE IT AWAY) ! YOU HAVE TO BE READY TO PAY CITY TAX ADDITIONALLY! CHECK THE AMOUNT OF CITY TAX! (if you see the price for number and booking system convinces that you don't have to pay anymore after booking, be aware that city tax doesn't included in the price, and will know about it only when you check out ). I'd be happy, if hotel administration adds some comments and provide changes for improvements the service of hotel. Provide the information to guests with rules for hotel breakfast: Attention - you must to pay penalty, if you didn't finish your breakfast! Provide the price for each item of food and familirate guest how much he must pay if he take extra piece of items. Inform the guest for city tax before he arrive or when he check in. These information should written clear and understandable , like a prohibition of smoking!

ATTEMPTS TO FRAUD AND DECEPTION GUESTS The lady, who served the kitchen didn't allowed us to pick up the piece of cake which we have already bite off! She start to scream something, and then invited guy from reception who spoke in English , then he explained us : if we would like to take away this piece of cake we had to pays extra 5 euro (!). I said him that this quote strange why they didn't allow me to finish this piece of cake in my room, because if I leave it here , they anyway throw it away! I first time seen this attitude! When I checked out the guy from reception receptionist, who half hours ago didn't allow to finish my breakfast told me that we HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FOR BREAKFAST BECAUSE WE DIDN'T EAT UP THE WHOLE FOOD WHICH WE HAVE TAKEN! I asked him to show me where have these rules written ? If these strange rules exist why the guests of hotel have not informed about it in advance ? He remained silent. He started to insist that we had to pay penalty for breakfast or we have to finished our breakfast! I said ok, I didn't mind to eaten up my breakfast which I had have taken 30 min ago (this piece of cake). But surprisingly this guy tried to deceive me , he said that time for breakfast was gone, and I had to eat only in breakfast time from 7: 00 - 10:00 ! When I noticed that now is only 9:30 so I have at least 30 min he invited me to restaurant but my poor piece of cake has already thrown away! After this he has agreed, that we don't have to pay penalty. Then he tried to deceive me again, he asked to pay city tax 5 euro. When I showed him apps where was written that city tax is only 4 euro he accepted with this.

Bien ubicado tanto para el centro (transporte público) como para ver las villas de Palladio. Personal muy amable. Habitación cómoda con cama abatible para la peque y un frigo de minibar (vacío), para poder guardar nuestras compras de alimentación.

Mesa de la terraza muy sucia cuando llegamos (única opción para cenar en la habitación, habiendo un supermercado en el propio hotel), pero el amable personal nos puso un mantel.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichlich. Das Personal zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen nett. Es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Das Restaurant verfügt über eine sehr gute Küche sowie nettes, qualifiziertes Personal.

Kein deutscher Fernsehsender, da wir gerne Nachrichten täglich sehen.

Atendimento e acomodação excepcionais

Do atendimento, da localizacao, do cafe da manha, e especialmente do restaurante.

No quarto em que ficamos, o ar-condicionado nao funcionou, nos causando um algum transtorno.

Moderne grosse Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes, frisches Frühstücksbüffet mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen ((Omelette, Spiegeleier, etc) frisch gepresster Orangensaft, schöner Spabereich. Zu Fuss ca 20 Min vom Hauptbahnhof. Bus direkt vor Hotel, fährt ca alle 20 Min ins Stadtzentrum.

The hotel is perfectly located, it is few minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the city center. We felt very comfortable and welcomed.

The extra third bed is small, it is suitable for children.
