Cozy and comfortable apartment in the great location. Friendly and hospitable staff.

Everything is fine, but I would like to have more tableware (especially deep plates) and some cleaning stuff (like a cloth to clean the table and paper towels).

We had a spacious two bedroom apartment with a private jacuzzi and a sauna on the balcony facing north. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we could not see the sun all day or night but can't blame that on the hotel. It was still fun and relaxing to sit on the hot tub in the rain after the day's hiking. Breakfast was great, ordered from the menu, not a buffet. Service was exceptional. We ordered takeaway supper in the last minute before the kitchen closed and they brought it to our apartment and also some leftover barbecue for out dog for free.

A very relaxed atmosphere with very friendly staff which always has a short time for a conversation and a smile. A holiday destination, whether short or long, for something special. Not only great for surfers.

The location was great and the staff were helpful. The apartment had a hot tub and sauna and a lovely terrace to enjoy the midnight sun.

The apartment just felt a little bit unfinished in some places and if this has been completed them it would have been even better

Being a Surfer walking distance to the Surf plus having a Hot tube & Sauna after a Surf was great to get warm again. Super nice place to Chill & relax.

I am sorry to have to change my review but if you have a business in hospitality field you need to work on customer service too. Honestly quite disappointed with the lack of support from hotel staff and owner. Hotel staff kept our ID card by mistake after surf rental (ok it can happen no big deal) but they never sent us back the document as requested the day after check out. Moreover a month has gone by and they never even replied to our enquiry emails to check out the delivery status (4 emails in about 4 weeks since we checked out). We found this quite rude and do not understand why would someone be willingly so un-cooperative.

Due to a cancellation, staff offered us the Penthouse for a small additional fee. It was great, private Jacuzzi and Sauna. With magnificent views to the mountains n sea. The room is big with kitchen and living area. The bathroom very big and design. The manager gave us a glass of prosecco when arrive and waited to check in.

Small Remark, we only found Total of two towels in the room. but we did not ask for more. The coffeemachine is there but no pads, only tea bags.. but we are not allowed to complain after such tread

The apartment was big and well-equipped, the staff is awesome, the food was really good and the location (although not close to the beach) is great!

We had to wait for a couple of hours to have the apartment ready but the staff made its best to welcome us and offered us some foods and drinks :-)

Our apartment was very nice with a big terrace, private sauna and a cozy fireplace. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, but we'd love to come back and use this place as our base camp for further trips to the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Instructions about required cleaning of the apartment upon leaving was confusing, but in the end all was fine.
