Air conditioner only in one room of the apartment; very small restaurant, of only 15-17 tables, for some several hundreds of tourists; no inside restaurant; understaffed; frozen pizza.

The whole resort had a superb design, both exterior and interior. It really gave out a border-line luxury feeling. Everything was new and the jungle-like garden with pool was a nice touch. Most people working on the staff were friendly.

Most of the activities had an extra charge which is a complete non sense - for example, you have to pay 12 levas for a tennis table game. The parking outside the reception was paid as well - 12 levas per day, that’s okay but there are no free parking spaces guaranteed by the property, so if you are not keen to pay for it, you have to count on your luck to find a free spot.

Nice breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Relaxing all days of staying. Will recommend it to my colleagues and frends.

Personally, I preferred to be near to the see.

cleaning is poor it is a bit far from the sea (count ca 15 mins walking) i paid too much for Bulgaria seemingly (ca 100 eur per night, there were more reasonable offers, wh that i leatn at spot

The hotel, pool, and rooms look cozy and exactly the same as in the pictures. We liked the pool and the tasty food at the restaurant as well as the cocktails. Very comfortable furniture around the pool as well as very nice trees with a calm environment overall.

There was a big tree around the balcony and we had no clear view of anything. The double bed was a good size but was very uncomfortable as well as the sofa bed. The internet connection in the room was very bad and lost. Was not able to work as planned. I did not find the restaurant staff very polite, been around the world there is a lot to be improved in terms of service quality. They never said hello and we always had to repeat the orders multiple times prior to get it right. It seems that the staff learned Russian language and have forgotten their own. We did not see them ever smiling when serving but we always gave tips beside that fact, hoping to get better service which did not happen.
