Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The property owners arranged a transfer for us from the airport since we arrived in the middle of the night. The driver did not speak much English but that did not matter. We understood him fine. He was polite, on-time, and parked very close to the airport exit. He drove us safely from the airport, brought us up to our room, and gave us our keys so we could get to bed right away. So our arrival and pickup went very well. We also were very happy with the room. It was spacious and had a small balcony with a view over the street below. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in the city. On our second day we walked down to the property owner's office to pay our bill. There we met two wonderful employees who were pleasant and asked if we had everything we needed. They were fluent English speakers. I would stay here again if we ever return to Yerevan.

The bed was very squeaky. I felt that I could not move at night because I might wake my partner. Also the hallway to the building (outside our entry door) smelled a bit of mold or mildew. It was mild. I didn't notice when we arrived, but I did the next day. But the thing that really surprised me involved our checkout. We were told that someone would come from the office to collect our keys at 9 AM when we had scheduled a tour pickup. The driver called at 8:30 to say he would be 10-15 minutes late. In turn, I notified the office. They said no problem; someone from the office would still be at our room at the later time. Our ride came at 9:10 but the representative was not there yet. I texted the office and asked if we could just leave the keys on the table, but they said no, please wait to hand them over in person. We had to ask our driver to wait. Fortunately I didn't need to wait too long, but when the woman arrived, she asked me to wait while she looked into the room and kitchen. Then she said "ok" and that we could leave. It felt like an inspection. We have travelled all over Europe these past six years, and stayed in many dozens of properties, but we have never had someone look into the property to be sure everything is ok before leaving. We usually just leave the keys in the room or in a lock box. I assumed that if there was a problem the property owner would contact Booking.com and then us. I'm not sure why they felt the need to check the place before we left. Maybe they could not trust us?

It is a spacious and comfortable apartment. The host - Miguela - took good care of us. The location is great and the place was very clean.

The only issue is that there is one Air conditioner for the entire flat. We left it on 24/7 to cool down the other rooms, but it would be better if there were air conditioning in all the rooms.

I always choose this apartment when I visit Yerevan. It is very comfortable and well located near the main tourist places and monuments. Also, the worker Manuela is very kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable, WiFi brings fast connection and the building is noiseless.

We got the RIS studio, nice and clear having everything that we needed, including air conditioning, wifi, a kitchen, washing machine, hair drier. We got the apartment cleaned and sheets/towels changes every 2/3 days. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. The location is great with supermarket at the corner and many bars and restaurants.

You get the keys at an office 15minutes walk from the studio so you get to walk a bit to get to the place, then 3 floors without elevator. Sometimes electricity wasn't there (no A/C, no wifi for few hours).

The balcony view is amazing, we were living in the trees. It was never too hot because of all the greenery also. The location of the apartment is perfect.

Accommodation was in the city center. Apartment was very clean, tastefully furnished, with fully equipped kitchen, wardrobe, large living room and balcony. The bed was comfortable.

Excellent location, but a bit noisy because windows look at central street.

Location, price, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, quiet despite at a major avenue, heating problem was quickly fixed
