A bright and airy apartment just minutes walk from the coast with great facilities and huge sun terrace. The owners were so helpful and friendly and provided return airport transfers at very reasonable cost

Fab penthouse apartment! Huge wrap around balcony that gets lots of sun all day. Also, lovely covered seating area to sit at when it gets too hot. Apartment was clean and well stocked. You can also cook and barbecue down by the pool. The pool and pool area are really lovely, you could easily spend your day there. The hosts were so nice and helpful. You won’t find a better place to stay in Zadar!

I can’t rave enough about this place. The location, the amenities, the location is all ideal. We have the penthouse apartment which was incredible. The rooftop sofa area and sung loungers on the private patio were a highlight. Great fully equipped kitchen and large fridge with freezer for water in the heat. AC was strong and so was the water pressure (always important) The pool are was great little sun trap, with a toilet and shower so before we could check in due to our wary flight we could use easily. Plenty of sun lounges and outdoor kitchen too. The walk to old town is 20 minutes and good sea swimming spot only 5 minutes away. Perfect mix of quiet residential area but close enough to all the action, restaurants etc. Anka is a fabulous host, gave us lots of recommendations and even offered us to store our bags post checkout in her own apartment (though we did not need.) I cannot recommend this apartment to all for a wonderful stay in Zadar!

The only thing I could would maybe an electric fan would be helpful in the summer for the bedroom as the AC unit was in the main living room. And a few extra hangers in the wardrobes but otherwise this place is perfect!

Both me and my partner very highly rate Guest House Dragic! Our host made us feel right at home as soon as we got to the hotel and helped us book some really nice days out to plitvice lakes and a boat trip from zadar. Rooms where spotless and had good facilities. Pool area was spotless as well had a really nice relaxing vibe. Location was good with a few bars and shops near by and only a 20-25 min walk to the old town. Would definitely stay again at guest house Dragic!

In a nice, quiet area not too far from the old town. The apartment was spotless. The outdoor space was amazing. Pool gorgeous. The map marked up with points of interest was very useful.

The property was super clean and only a 20 minute walk from Zadar. It had everything you needed with a little shared kitchen outside by the pool! Such a lovely place we would definitely stay again and we recommend it!

If being really picky, the shower head could have been fixed to the wall.

Very good location : you can visit the old town, on foot. Nice, clean room. Swimming pool was great. The host was very friendly and gave nice tips to enjoy your stay even more. We were allowed to stay by the pool all day, waiting for our flight back home.

This property is amazing. We booked the apartment with the terrace that overlooked the pool and it was amazing for us as a couple, but even for family or friends. The apartment was so clean, had great facilities such as air con, a hot shower, a fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. The pool was gorgeous, just a perfect size and it was never crowded when we were there. The host was very friendly. The apartment is close to local shops and restaurants. It felt secure with your own keys to lock doors. Highly recommend for your trip to Zadar!

There was nothing really we disliked - it was around a 25 minute walk from Zadar Old Town but we knew that and didn’t mind it. But it is maybe something to consider when booking if guests are not very mobile or have difficulty with walking.

The comfort of the bed

Owner was nice and allowed us to stay till 12:00 in pool area, but honestly I have never seen check out at 10:30

Uncomfortable pillows and bed, on the door there is another name of apartments mentioned so it took us 15 minutes to find key and entrance as we arrived 22:30 to the absolutely dark parking place

Host was very friendly and helpful and met us in front of the apartment. We were allowed a late check-out on day of departure which was very helpful. Terrace with lounge sofa and sun chairs was really great. Apartment was really great with good beds, nice kitchen and bathroom. Everything very new and nice.

Despite several notes in the stairwell on quiet hours between 23.00 - 07.00 our next door neighbours had a very noisy party one night. This was taken care of by our host the next day. Outdoor light on the terrace did not work. Lid on electric kettle was broken.

Lovely spacious property with the added bonus of a pool. It was good to feel like there were enough sun beds for everyone around the pool rather than the struggle you have in large hotels. Location good for old town and the beach, with a good selection of shops in walking distance. The penthouse balcony was a good size and captures the sun at just the right times. Host were friendly and very helpful. My partner had a dental problem and Anka quickly helped us out and put us in contact with a local dentist.

There was a very good shower, only problem we found was it was hand held rather than elevated on the wall
