The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The kitchen was close to the bedroom and we could listen all the noises and people talking early in the morning.

Great place! Very secure, friendly and very close to the city's center. The staff went out of their way to help and make us feel comfortable. The room we booked was very nice and spacious and we loved the common spaces. There is a hammock and a small pool at the entrance were you an stay a relax for a while. There are books and places to sit. Its a very nice and quiet place.

Breakfast service could be better, they werent bad at all, but they took like 45 min to be brought in, and there weren't so many people there.

- wifi was shaky - rooms could have been cleaner, dust and debris in shower basin as well as under bed - location a little far from the main town, have to walk through some quieter less well lit streets to get there - make sure you take a friend

very small pool - more like the size of a spa very thin walls, we can hear E-v-e-r-y t-h-I-n-g from the outside (kitchen, reception, discussions…) - not very good for a good night sleep. Too bad we chose this hotel because it was supposed to be quiet…

very spacious - choose room with patio. breakfast was great. only issue was internet was inconsistent. Staff were awesome and nice location, close to historic center but not in the mix of noise. two blocks from beach!

- The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. It was so delicious! with coffee/tea, fresh juice, eggs, and arepa. - Bed was big and comfortable - Room was very spacious with AC - Bathroom was very clean - The room had a very cute balcony - Staff is very friendly

- People kept slamming the doors, making lots of noise. Maybe they should put something on the doors, so they aren't as loud. - WiFi did not work on the room - There was a party nearby with very loud music, and the windows are not isolated.

only cold water in the showers, they canceled my reservation for 4 nights later without warning, not social at all, the breakfast (eggs) were cold. the plunge pool was dirty and the sink gave out brown water!

We Will never go back to santa Marta. We are not the only ones that got mugged, and cheated on. Be very prudent and make sure that you hide your phone, wallets etc... We have traveled to various places and countries and have never felt this unsafe as here.

the wifi didn’t work during our stay, the breakfast was not as we expected. the shower on room 8 didn’t have pressure and very little water …

Wifi was not reliable You had to go downstairs and there were so many mosquitoes Pool is actually smaller than what it looks like
