We like the location, the hotel is very close to the center. And also the pool in common area was fine.

Very unconfortable small bed for two people. Also there is a disco near by, so you hear it every single night from 9pm to 3am, it is very loud.

Great place for the price. Location is also great.

The location is good, the room is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, the a/c is good. The towels are fresh, there's shampoo and body lotion. TV has Sky and apparently in some rooms there's Netflix if you have an account to log in with or if a previous guest has logged in. The wifi is good (when it's working).

The rooms at the end of the passage, no 6, 7, 8, 9 - there's a bar with live music next door, don't expect to get much sleep before 2am, even on a Wednesday! Some rooms have water damage and mould on the wall next to the a/c unit. During my last stay the wi-fi was down and there was no solution until the next day. Bad news when I had chosen the place for the good wifi. The guys at the reception just said that it's reported and someone will come to fix it the next day. Little help since I was leaving the next morning. Cost me hours of work.

The room no 8 is at the end of the building and next door is a bar with music playing from 10 pm to about 1 am.

The location is fantastic! Exactly near everything you would want downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to take a quick dip in the pool to cool off.

The bed was a little small and uncomfortable. The room was oddly humid and hot even with the fan and a/c.

The location was the only thing worthy.

There was not water. Imagine a hot place with no water supply. When the people at the recption were asked about this problem, the woman in charge in a very rude way answered it was not her fault, and she said they would look for a prlumber to see what was going on. The ironic thing was the night before it had rained cats and dogs an water was leaking from the roof. One of the beds was completely wet because of that.

The staff was friendly. They have a nice little pool which is great for Mérida's weather. The shower has good pressure and the toilet was clean.

The room light was too dim and the Wi-Fi was unstable. My work was interrupted at times due to poor connection. Thye could add a working table/desk in the room with a chair. It was too empty.

The lady who checked us in was very rude, telling my husband, not asking, to sit down as we stood at the counter at check in. The room had little ventilation and smelled of strong pesticide that was very annoying.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, even with my last-minute reservation. The location is PERFECT, particularly if you like to take in the music and food near Parque de Santa Lucia, etc. The price was crazy cheap.

Like most hotels that are in the historic colonial centers, it was noisy because you could hear everything both from other guests and from the night club next door. Actually the night club music was a bonus for me because it was great music for free 😅 but if you really need deep rest this probably isn't the place for you.

Very nice hotel in heart of the city. Receptionist were kind and helpful, especially afternoon girl. Fast wi-fi, good working AC, very large and comfortable bed, machine for hot water - we enjoyed it.

Very noisy room because has window to other site, where were loud music until late night. Other rooms are maybe more quiet.

Room was extremely dirty. Dust was everywhere. The room wasn't properly cleaned in many years.. It was disgusting. There was also an extremely strong chemical smell that I couldn't get rid of even with an open door and a/c, Extremely noisy. There is a restaurant next door that plays extremely loud techno music every night until 2 am. There was no internet neither in the room nor in the lobby. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
