The overall location of the B&B is awesome. Within 2 walking minutes you are in the city centre. Also, very easy to go to Cinque Terre by train. Thanks Giacomo, we really enjoyed out stay.

Accommodation was close to downtown and the railway station. The room was clean and Giovanni provided great service.

Location is really nice and you feel nicely at home in the room. You do need to walk some steep stairs before getting to front door, but it lets you practice the Cinqueterre walking routes :). Loved our stay

Everything was clean when I arrived, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved the view from the balcony, it’s also very close to the station and city centre which was perfect. Giacomo the host was very helpful and gave all the information I needed. It was my first time travelling alone, and Giacomo helped my experience as he recommended the best beaches and places to visit, nice restaurants and bars to go to, also with clear directions. Just overall he was a brilliant host. When I first booked it I see all of the good reviews anyway so was confident in staying here, and I can see why the reviews were so good. Thank you Giacomo, when I come back to la spezia, I will definitely stay again!

I stayed for 4 nights and I got peace and tranquility as expected in a lovely room with balcony. Everything was comfortable. Also, Gianmaco is nice, easygoing and was really accomodating during my stay.
