I got the my room on 7 th floor, surprisingly the elevator goes upto 5th flor only. I remember I paid for the extra bed while booking. they charged me the extra bed again while check in. View from Balcony was closed with some cladding, only partial view of mountains from balcony. Room was irregular shape. Staff at the hotel arranged a Taxi to go Kok Tobe. they charge double the prize of normal taxi fare.

Уютный, комфортный отель, в тихом районе недалеко от центра Для Алматы отличное соотношение цена-качество. Отель соответсвует своему описанию. В отеле есть лифт, сауна и спорт зал. Кровати мягкие, завтрак достаточно вкусный и разнообразный. Есть кофе машина. Хорошее расположение отеля, рядом есть кафе и рестораны. При этом абсолютно тихая улица

В сауне нет женской и мужской раздевалки. Бар оказался пустым.

Gim is small, but it would be not fair to expect one comparable to the 5star hotels.

The location is good for what I needed. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Noise insulation is crap, I've heard every word of the TV and conversations that people in the next room were saying. Hot water was either running super hot or cold. Totally unstsable. Wifi was poor and slow. To be frank, this is my second stay, the first one was in 2019, and I am sad to say that all of these issues were present last time as well. So basically there is not much hope for improvement short-term.

they need to cater for foreigners by providing taxi assistance to and from airport had they offered this i would have paid the normal 2000 tenge not the 120000 tenge charged by the scammers when i had to find my own way to the hotel after landing at the airport and finding that their was no taxi facilities at the airport after telling the staff this when i arrived i asked them to book me a taxi the next morning to return to the airport for my onward journey, and unfortunately again they were not able to assist and the same scammers from the day before showed up with their taxi ?????
