The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and polite. Rooms and toilet are spacious.

Property is situated in a very small road and difficult for the car to enter and exit. Room service is not so great. every time I call for a request English speaking staff was not available and a later English speaking staff has to call back. I had 15 mins of power cut while staying there which I never experienced in a 4 star hotel.

We came to Almaty to participate in KITF . we arrived early morning with around 5 bags with our exhibition stuff . We were two ladies and none of the staff helped us to take the luggage to our room saying that bell boy facilities are not available . Aftermath of this which I was planning to explain later will reveal it now, which is, I got severe back pain and had to leave to my country earlier than planned . On entering the room , it was spotless which I appreciate it . But we booked for two single beds and they were very mean enough to provide one bottle of 1 litre water to us daily . I called the reception staff and asked them whether they expect me to share the 1 litre bottle with my colleague ? If I asked for two separate beds they should provide two separate water bottles . After repeated calls the problem got solved we stayed for four and a half days . After two snd a half days, when we came back from our work we found that the Bedsheets were not changed ( we gave at least two days gap to change our sheets , while some wants to change sheets everyday) .After going to reception and shouting at them there was an immediate action and sheets were changed. But otherwise house keeping during our stay is not up to the mark . Breakfast is terrible. Food overall is horrible . you can go the hotel adjacent to it for lunch or dinner which serves awesome food . The only good thing I noticed is the hospitality of the night receptionist boy and the bartender Sergei who helped me during the check out by hiring a taxi and communicating to the driver my need for wheelchair in the airport . And Sergei helped me to get me into the car as I was having trouble walking . Love both of them .

All the staff, room, etc… and the possibility of a SPA. Unfortunately it was not possible for me.

I have spent just one night, but I realize that the acoustic could be better because I heard some sounds from other room, but not much.

Reception desk staff was rude, feels like a mass tourism hotel with little personal attention to guests.

This is a generally good 4-star hotel with a good clean swiming pool, a well-equipied gym, small sauna, and big balconies on the 6th floor. The breakfast is fine, espresso and capicino are good, the cleaning qulity is nearly excelent, the bed is big and comfortable.

There are two main problems: 1. The quality of Wi-Fi. The Internet often did not work at all for half an hour, and generally the speed was quite low most of the evening time, so I could not stream the video that I needed. 2. The second problem was insects on the floor in the reastaurant where the breakfast was. I noticed them twice, it was quite disgusting, and I tried not to look at the floor since then.

The hotel is a bit old and Soviet style, however price-quality ratio is its main advantage. We had everything we expected and asked for. Reception staff is very nice and helpful. Good location (in my opinion) - in a quite residential area close to the main tourist street

Asked multiple times for ice inroom delivery and still didn't get it after 2 hours of waiting

We had the check out at night because the timetable of the fly and they offert us breakfast for take away but never give us (lie us). Massage never availability…

Great property with an evening breakfast and nice (though small) indoor pool. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and offered great recommendations for local restaurants.

The location for tourists is a bit obscure and higher priced than other similar hotels in different parts of town.
