This unit is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. It’s clear no one is inspecting this unit and the cleaning team should be replaced immediately. The basic standards of everything in good working order and pristinely clean did not find its way into this unit. Safety and security, we found the slider door and dining room window unlocked at checkin then noticed a code violation with a ceiling fan in the dining room that obstructs the fire suppression system sprinkler. Also, we got locked out and called for a key assist. Kudos for the quick response but you failed with not identifying who I was before letting me. Also, my brother came to visit and he found it impossible to sleep. After he left we found widespread mold growth on the walls in both guest room closets. Other stand out issues, the fire place was not cleaned out and screen inoperable. Back porch covered in cobwebs and all surfaces dirty. Bathroom sink drains slow, excessive garbage under a sink, old pots/pans don’t work on glass top stove so forget cooking, both coffee makers are disgusting and unusable, broken TP holder master bath, we replaced the moldy shower curtain in the master, purchased pans to cook, cleaned the floors the best we could, soda cans under entryway cabinet and we left those, the dirty edges and corners of the floors and baseboards speaks volumes. Management must learn the first lesson with managing property which is inspect what you expect. Otherwise they are just an accounting office pushing paper. They have all of the pleasantries down, just can’t deliver the product. We love Lincoln, the people and area and we will be back in the future. We will not do business with Loon Res again. BTW, we left two days early.

It was close to all the amenities if downtown Lincoln while still being quiet and private. The apartment was clean, well decorated, comfortable and had all the kitchen supplies to be able to make meals. We had a great time (the summer weather helped!) and will be back for sure.

We rented a Deer Park unit with air conditioning and that allows a dog. These are the most important things to us. We hike and climb with our Border Collie "Blue" and wouldn't leave home without her. We have stayed in another unit multiple years in the past but the owner said no to our dog; so we found this very nice unit.

The condo was very clean and was exactly like the pictures and description on the website. The management was extremely helpful and available to assist at anytime. The location was perfect and a quick drive to everything the area has to offer! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Although Very close to rt 93 where u can hear the traffic. The unit itself defiantly needed some TLC. closets were filled with linens and pillows thrown on the floor, broken doors and living room curtains hanging off the rods. Great view of the River out the back made it easy for our pup to be let out. Good supply of firewood was appreciated! However, the most horrific part of the unit was the noise from above. There must have been kids because the running and jumping was unreal. Starting at 5:45am with a huge bang, we never slept the 3 nights we were there. It was constant and would definitely hinder a return trip.

Location, location, location. Unit was as described. No issues and very comfortable. Morning coffee included watching a bald eagle feed on the river several days. Kids had a great time.

Great location….45 mins to Laconia via back roads and a quick 25 min on the highway to get back home at night. Vary clean & quiet. Perfect location to travel in any direction.

Close to the Lake, Club, and Tennis Courts. This unit was well maintained and had AC. I only have one recommendation and that is to get a new master bed. It was a minor inconvenience and certainly did not spoil our stay.

AMAZING river view and loved how the deck opened to a nice grassy area where the kids could play. The resort itself was also beautiful. 192 was also close to the tennis courts, clubhouse and lake. The clubhouse with the pool was fun, clean, staff friendly. Workout room also great but really enjoyed the 1 mile loop around the resort. Peaceful and quiet. Close to lots of area attractions. Loon Reservation specialists were so helpful and always answered questions promptly. We would absolutely rent 192 again! We had a wonderful time! :)

Reviewer Comments: Although I live less than an hour away, I have, for the last few years stayed in Lincoln for the New Hampshire Highland Games for logistical reasons. I have stayed in several condos in town over the years, and I have to say I liked this one the most. It is a ground floor unit which was necessary as one of my traveling companions has mobility issues. The bonus here in being on the 1st floor is a walk-out deck with a 20 yard stroll to the river. After a long day at the games, it was great to walk down & let the water take the stress away. The amenities are great, the beds are comfortable and the service is excellent. What more can one want? Thanks for another great stay LRS...see you next year!
