Ładny, czysty pokój choć trochę mały. W pierwszym pokoju była uszkodzona wanna, ale nie było problemu wymieć pokoju. Widok z okna imponujący. Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie głównych atrakcji - 3 min na piechodze do metra.

Drogie posiłki w hotelu, mieliśmy wykupiony minibar w którym była cola, 2 piwa i małe chipsy, więc stosunek jakości do ceny w tym zakresie był słaby.

Le ménage était partiellement fait : poussières sur les étagères de la salle de bain, et le rebord de fenêtre (+ moucheron mort), cheveux sur les rideaux et les coussins du canapé et traces sur la table de nuit. Quand j’ai remonté l’information, photos à l’appui), le réceptionniste a semblé très compréhensif mais rien n’a été fait. Après le ménage du lendemain matin, le rebord de la fenêtre et les étagères de la salle de bain n’avaient pas été nettoyés. J’ai passé deux jours avec le moucheron sur le rebord de la fenêtre…

Stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Seoul - location of hotel good, arrived by bus from the airport and caught metro to the airport when we left, both bus stop and staion very convenient to the hotel. Lots of places to eat nearby - traditional, modern, Korean and other nationalities. Breakfast at the hotel was an extensive selection and good value.

The room was comfortable and, in general, clean. You are provided with the basic amenities plus ironing board and iron. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning ladies as well. The location is excellent for exploring Seoul.

The walls need a small refreshment as there were marks everywhere, most probably from suitcases that hit the walls. Although the room was very clean, the towels not so much. We got a change of towels twice, the first time there were foreign hairs on them and the second one there was some mucus. Also, there is mold on the bathroom in the corners.

The location is unmatched. You can reach all the hotspots from this hotel really quickly. The rooms are well equipped and have everything you need. Room service is super friendly and you´ll get water every day.

You could see (at least in our room) that the hotel is not the newest one. There were some scratches, paint marks and dents within the wood. You could see that quite a few people were visiting this room. Nothing really too bad but it was visible and could need a little refresh.

De locatie is op een minuut lopen van een metro station. Dit metro station is onderdeel van 4 lijnen en maakte daarom alle locaties superbereikbaar. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping wat natuurlijk ook een geweldig uitzicht gaf. Verder was de kamer prima, met een fijne, nette badkamer

Het ontbijt vonden wij erg duur en met weinig opties. Vooral als je in de ochtend graag ontbijt met alleen een bakje yoghurt of een broodje is het het geld niet waard. Ook deed de airco het niet, waarschijnlijk omdat het winter was, maar wij vonden een kamertemperatuur van 24 graden wel erg fanatiek en sliepen dus met het raam open.

everything was generally very good. Location was excellent very easy to reach by public transportation. . Room was clean and view was great. hotel staff was very accommodating. Enjoyed my stay. Will book again.

the bed was fine but the built in furniture was a bit strange, its my only gripe. It would have been better if there were just a nice pair of chairs and a table instead of the built-in stuff.

여행 목적에 따라 혹은 개인 취향에 따라 만족도는 조금 다를수 있을거 같고,위치는 아주 좋았음. 공덕역 지하철(철도) 4개 노선이 만나고, 마포대로에 많은 노선버스가 지나며, 근처에 수많은 먹거리가 있음

단순히 쉬고 잠만 자는데는 아무 문제 없음. 단지 침대 2개가 들어가니 방이 거의 꽉 차서 약간 답답한 느낌, 하지만 개인별로 차이가 있을 듯.

The view was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to catch buses to and from or to just walk around and explore a bit of Mapo-gu

Although the staff was so helpful, I do wish they explained how the keycard worked with the lift to get to my room. Clearer communication with the key card and lift would be more helpful overall. The street was a bit noisy so hard to get some proper rest.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to subway station, and easy access to almost all travell spots! Also there are a lot of good restaurants around. The staffs are very nice and friendly, speak fluent English!
